The site is located under the walnut trees, right on the Unstrut River; dogs and horses are also allowed.
You can fish right from the property, and there is a horseback riding trail. The Romanesque Road offers views of Burgscheidungen Castle. It’s only 15 km to Freyburg an der Unstrut.
There’s also a fire pit, and you can launch your canoe directly into the water. If needed, a mobile platform can be lowered into the water—please inquire. Completely secluded location—be at one with nature.

A nice, spacious spot; you could hear the street above during the day, but it was quiet at night. We felt right at home despite the less-than-ideal weather. Communication with the host went smoothly as well.
