The pitches are located on a meadow directly on the edge of the forest. Hiking trails and bike paths pass directly by the pitches, castle ruins and inns are within 3-4 kilometers. Small historic towns such as Ebern and Königsberg in Bavaria are within 7 km. Cities like Bamberg, Coburg and Hassfurt can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car.

In this village of 100 residents, it’s already quiet during the day; at night, all you might hear are the owls and the occasional hoot. The farm where Stefan, Antje, their three children, and Cuno the dog live is on the outskirts of the village; the children can play on the street relatively safely. Wheel chocks are recommended for the parking spot on the meadow. Trees provide plenty of shade, and Telekom’s 5G network has excellent coverage. Water and electricity are supplied from the house, which is discreetly set back from the site. And the two hosts, Antje and Stefan, are such a lovely couple. We had everything we needed, and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back.
A beautiful and peaceful spot surrounded by nature. The hosts were very nice and even surprised us with some homemade jam. Definitely worth recommending
Everything went perfectly. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet Stefan (the host) because he was away for the weekend. Still, everything was easy to find, and a neighbor immediately offered to answer any questions we might have. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our long weekend. Highly recommended.
Very friendly; the exchange went very smoothly
Very nice place and also very nice hosts, even got grilled sausages offered by the kids of the hosts. Right next to the pitch you can go for a great run with dogs and you really have your peace and quiet🙂 Motorhomes shouldn't be too big and deep, as there is a somewhat steep driveway to the pitch. But with my 5.99m Womo Oldie it was possible without any problems. I'll definitely be back as it's just around the corner from me and really relaxed.
