The overgrown garden is absolutely quiet on the outskirts of the village, trees give security from above, view in the distance to the Zugspitze as well as the Allgäu Alps, surrounded by fields and meadows. Fresh milk and eggs from the farmer directly in walking distance.

Ideal also for families with children, trampoline, nest swing, rope ladder etc. available.

Electricity and water available. By arrangement, the sauna with wood stove in the barn with panoramic window is at your disposal.

Conveniently located between Munich and Lake Constance with many leisure and excursion opportunities in every season.

Numerous bathing lakes in the surrounding area, ideal starting point for SUP tours or mountain biking.

Many small roads invite you to go road biking in the hilly foothills of the Alps.
