Our small farm is located on a hill in the middle of the Swabian forest. All around there are only orchards, hills and fields. You can enjoy the peace and be all to yourself.
You want to do something? The Swabian Forest offers a wide range of activities for recreation seekers and active visitors. Hiking, biking, mountain biking on trails or golfing are just a few leisure activities.
Families and children don't miss out either - there are exciting offers for them as well, from nature discovery trails to interactive museums and amusement parks.
Close by are the Hörschbach waterfalls and the Carl Schweizer Museum. In addition, there are sights such as the UNESCO World Heritage Limes, historic mills and the steam train of the Swabian Forest Railway on its historic route.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this farm. I was given a very warm welcome and was immediately shown several lovely spots where I could set up camp. The farm is wonderfully peaceful, far away from street noise or other hustle and bustle. Instead, you hear the rustling of the trees, birds chirping, and the animals on the farm. There’s plenty of space to yourself, and you can enjoy the peace and quiet to the fullest. My highlight in the morning: sitting on the bench with a book and a cup of coffee, looking out at the adjacent forest, and watching the first rays of sunlight filter through the trees. Exactly the kind of relaxation you could wish for. If you appreciate nature, peace, and warm hosts, this is the perfect place for you. I’d love to come back!

Staying with Carmen and her family was simply fantastic. It’s perfect for people who want to enjoy nature and peace and quiet... I slept in a tent, and when it rained pretty hard one night, Carmen offered me an alternative with a solid roof over my head... which I really appreciated. The area offers plenty of hiking opportunities, and a stay “into the wild” is a perfect starting point. Many thanks to Carmen and her family!!
What a special campsite. We received an incredibly warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful farm. Surrounded by sheep, horses, and stunning nature, we were able to truly unwind. In the mornings, we were awakened by a delightful chorus of birdsong, and throughout the day we were frequently visited by ducks, chickens, and the farm cat. Even the little dry-separation toilet cabin was very well-maintained and furnished with great care. You can tell throughout the entire farm just how much heart and soul the hosts put into this place. A wonderful spot for anyone seeking peace, nature, and genuine hospitality. We’d love to come back 💚
