DanielaIn the middle of Germany - not far from the A7 highway - there is a small idyllic village right on the edge of the forest called Neubessingen. Close to the farm, but still secluded, in a comfortably furnished tent on the meadow behind the village's former tithe barn right on the edge of the forest, you can experience a different kind of overnight stay.
Two deckchairs in front of the tent invite you to make yourself comfortable, unwind, watch the donkeys and chickens in the adjacent enclosure and - when it is finally dark - gaze at the stars and listen to the nocturnal goings-on in the local deciduous forest from behind the fence. And to be there live when hare and hedgehog and deer and wild boar say goodnight to each other.
Glasses, crockery and cutlery can be taken from the picnic basket provided. There is also water and a snack box for the evening and if you fancy other (anti-)alcoholic drinks, you are guaranteed to find what you are looking for in the "minibar cool bag".
If you're feeling peckish, you have the option of grilling stick bread and other treats you've brought yourself over the campfire.
After a hopefully relaxing night, you can get up with the chickens and get your own breakfast egg directly from their nest and enjoy a breakfast picnic outside on the meadow together with the donkeys, the family horse and the flock of chickens. Of course, you can also make yourself comfortable on the lounge sofa on the sun terrace next to the barn.
Sanitary facilities such as a toilet, shower and running water are available on our farm, which is a barn's width away. Pillows, comforters and towels are provided in the tent.
Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival. Or within 48 hours of booking, up to one day before arrival.
