The forest log cabin is located in the Saarbrücken forest. The nearest house is about 150 m away, but this is not noticeable due to the valley location. Nearby is the Dachsbau Ranch, a wild west ranch, but also the Saarbrücken primeval forest can be reached in no time. Also the nearby Netzbach part can be reached within 30 minutes by foot. Also the typical Saarland renaturalized slagheaps invite to extensive hikes.
