MS Rigi was in service for 62 years as a cruise ship on Lake Lucerne. Today, its wheelhouse towers over Lake Baldegg and invites you to an exceptional vacation stay.

The cozy interior offers space for a 140-seater bed. The wheelhouse is habitable all year round: a small heater keeps the interior temperature above ten degrees in winter, the rest is taken care of by the down comforters and wool blankets provided.

Shower, toilet, kitchen and dining room are located in the house next door (separate entrance). The dining alcove occasionally serves as an entrance to one of the landlord's rooms. From the associated seating area you can enjoy the unique view over the lake and mountains.

In the surrounding area you will find an attractive network of hiking and biking trails. In addition, there is a charming natural swimming pool nearby. A tandem is at your disposal free of charge.

Shopping facilities and the train station can be reached in fifteen minutes on foot.

Half-hourly train connections to Lucerne and Lenzburg (- Zurich).
