The Tiny House "Lippe" with about 15sqm living space, is located on an idyllic hotel complex in Hamm in Westphalia (NRW) on the Datteln-Hamm canal.

The complex is about 12 minutes walk from St. Paul's Church on the market square in the city center, about 18 minutes walk from the main train station Hamm (Westphalia), about 3.5 km from the zoo Hamm and about 4.5 km from Maximilianpark Hamm,.

The Tiny House offers with the ground level bed in the main room, a living area, as well as a kitchenette with dining area and a private terrace, enough comfort for up to 2 people.

There is also free wifi and parking. Also, the entrance to the Maximilianpark Hamm is free for guests during the entire stay (excl. exhibitions and butterfly house). In addition, there is the possibility to store bicycles in a lockable room (incl. charging station for e-bikes.

For the entrance ticket for the Maximilianpark Hamm as well as for the key for the bike room we keep EUR 10,00 deposit.
