- Tourist tax is The tourist tax is charged separately with 1,50 EUR per guest/night. Please deposit this amount on the dining table on site. - Quiet hours Due to the adjoining neighborhood we refer especially to the observance of the quiet time and the noise protection, because also the neighbors should have a pleasant time. After 10 p.m., windows and doors must be kept closed. Music systems may generally only be used indoors. - Cleanliness: When leaving the group accommodation, the house is to be left vacuumed and cleaned. This includes all rooms, objects and furniture that have been used. The same applies to the outdoor area. All furniture, as well as barbecue, etc. are to be put back in their place. - Obligation of the guests to report: Each participant must be registered with us as a host before arrival (currently with various data due to the pandemic). Unregistered persons have to be registered urgently, otherwise fines from the authorities will be due. - Bedding/Towels: You may bring your own bed linen or sleeping bag and towels. Optionally, the bed linen package can be booked for 17.50 EUR per set up to 7 days in advance. - Parking: To unload your car you may drive up to the apartment. In front of the apartment are two parking spaces, additional parking spaces are available in the large public parking lot of the vacation settlement. - Waste disposal: For the paper and residual waste is a blue and black trash can on site. You may dispose of the organic waste yourself. - Smoking/outdoor area Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and may only take place outside the building. However, the cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground - for this are provided. If we find butts around the building, you will incur extra charges per butt. Likewise, we will be consistent with purchased gum and add the extra expense to the cleanup cost per gum found. Cigarette butts and chewing gum also do not belong in the ash waste of the barbecue, but in the residual waste!
