- Visitor's tax is The visitor's tax is charged separately at EUR 2.00 per guest/night. - Rest periods Our mill is available for small parties or birthday celebrations. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the observance of quiet hours and noise protection, because the neighbors should also have a pleasant time. Windows and doors must be kept closed after 10 pm. Music systems may generally only be used indoors. - Cleanliness: When leaving the Romantikhütte, the hut must be vacuumed and cleaned. This includes all rooms, objects and furniture that have been used. The same applies to the outside area. All furniture, barbecue, etc. must be put back in place. - Obligation of guests to register: Each participant must be registered with us as host before arrival (currently with various data due to the pandemic). Unregistered persons must be registered urgently, otherwise fines will be imposed by the authorities. - Bed linen/towels: Bed linen and towels are included in the price and will be provided before arrival. - Wood stove There is a wood-burning stove in the Köhlerhaus for cold days. We have provided instructions on how to use it correctly, please read them before use. The wood is located directly on the outer wall of the log cabin. Note: Only dry wood may be burned, please do not use garbage or other materials! - Parking: You may drive right up to the log cabin to unload your car. There are plenty of parking spaces below the log cabin opposite the Schlössle - you are welcome to park here. The address is: Stockhofweg 7. If these parking spaces are full, you will find more parking spaces around the corner in the direction of Hauptstraße. Important: There are no official parking spaces at the Köhlerhaus, so unfortunately you are not allowed to park here! - Waste disposal: Due to the garbage regulations in Schenkenzell, we ask you to take it with you and dispose of it yourself. If you are unable to take your garbage with you, the municipality offers a collection service. There is a charge of 17 euros per garbage bag (max. 60 liters). Please report this waste to us in good time, thank you! Note: Only waste that has been separated will be disposed of. Therefore, please separate into residual waste, paper, glass and yellow bag. - Smoking/outdoor area Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and may only take place outside the building. However, cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground - there are designated areas for this. If we find butts around the building, you will be charged extra per stub. We will also take the same approach with purchased gum and add the extra cost per piece of gum found to the cleaning costs. Cigarette butts and chewing gum also do not belong in the ash waste from the barbecue, but in the residual waste!
