A visitor's tax of € 2.00 per guest per night is charged in the Romantikhütte. Please pay attention to the quiet times and noise protection so that the neighbors also have a pleasant time. Windows and doors must be kept closed from 10 p.m. and music systems may only be used indoors. When leaving the hut, it must be left clean and tidy - this includes vacuuming and cleaning all rooms and putting furniture and barbecues back in their places. The outside area must also be tidied up accordingly. Every guest must be registered before arrival, as unregistered persons can lead to fines. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are already made up when you arrive. A wood-burning stove is available for cold days; please follow the instructions and only use dry wood, no garbage or other materials.You may drive up to the hut to unload your car, but the parking spaces are located at Stockhofweg 7 opposite the Schlössle. If the parking spaces there are full, you will find further parking facilities in the direction of the main road. There are no official parking spaces at the Köhlerhaus itself. Garbage must either be disposed of by yourself or collected by the municipality for a fee of € 17 per bag (max. 60 liters) - the prerequisite is a clean separation into residual waste, paper, glass and yellow bag. Smoking is only permitted outside, cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground and, like chewing gum, must be disposed of in the residual waste. Violations will result in additional cleaning costs.
