Sunny meadow in solitary location only 20 min. to Lake Constance

The well-kept meadow, which is exclusively available to one camper, is part of the property of our house (former forester's lodge), over 500 square meters in size and is mowed weekly. Located in the outskirts of Engen (district of Constance) (1 km from the center), it offers a unique view of Engen and the Hohenhewen. Since 2023 we offer a paved path on our meadow for a weather-independent parking space. Update 23.4.24: The pitch has been freshly leveled again.

Lake Constance is 15-20 minutes away by car and it hardly takes any longer by train (RE or Seehas) (Radolfzell - Engen from 19 minutes). You can reach the Schaffhausen Rhine Falls by car in just under 30 minutes.

A short hike to the Engen Ice Age Park or the new large premium hiking trail "Hegau Volcano Tour" can be started in Engen.

You can also set off by bike right from here, for example in the direction of Lake Constance on side roads with little traffic in beautiful natural surroundings. For the way back, the aforementioned train connection is also a great alternative. The Engen adventure pool can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.

Despite our outlying location, there are also many shopping facilities in the vicinity (farm store 400 m, supermarkets 1-2 km).

Children are welcome to jump on our trampoline. Our own fireplace at the house with swing grill or just the fire bowl can be used free of charge including wood. Drinking water can be bottled by us. Outside there is access with a hose to our cistern (rainwater). No toilet/shower on site. There is the possibility to use the Hegau West service area 400m away for a fee. Arrival possible from 2 pm, departure until 1 pm.

E-cars can be charged during the day for a fee of 30ct/kWh at our wallbox in the carport. A 230V outdoor socket in the carport can be used for € 3 per day.
