Noemi MadlenMoin!
In the midst of the beautiful nature of Lower Saxony, somewhere in the middle of nowhere between Hamburg and Bremen you come with us not only as a hiking lover, but also culinary at your expense!
You will stay with us in one of the cozy green corners of our farm, the heart of which is a country inn, which we continue as a young couple.
For several centuries we have been celebrating here, drinking and laughing together in the beer bar and eating traditional German dishes in the restaurant.
Our farm is located right next to the church in the center of the village and the northern trail "Timke Wälder" passes by us. The northern paths invite you to hike and bike. There is beautiful nature, cranes and other animals to observe. In the evening you can stop at our place and have a bite to eat.
We will be happy to prepare for you a hiking snack or picnic by prior arrangement! You can also take our food comfortably to your camper and eat there in your own four walls.
We are just starting to produce our own products. For example, you can buy our homemade apple strudel schnapps, homemade jam or spice mixtures.
In the summer months we also offer mini golf and you can rent a petanque game.
In the village where we live there is a wonderful outdoor swimming pool that invites you to cool down, relax and play volleyball. In the surrounding area you can discover and explore many things: a great ice cream parlor with handmade ice cream, the Oste River for canoeing, a mill café with an old water mill, an outdoor climbing playground, an indoor pool with sauna and the artist villages Fischerhude and Worpswede with museums and galleries.
We live as a young family with our little dog Sprotte on the farm. Sprotte is one year old, sweet, but sometimes a bit stormy in play. So if you bring your dog should be stable and compatible.
During the restaurant opening hours you can use the toilets and take a shower for a fee.
Our courtyard is also used by guests for parking. You will still have enough space for yourselves.
Our restaurant is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 5 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm.
You can camp with us from Wednesday to Sunday. Monday and Tuesday are our days of rest.
We are looking forward to welcoming you soon in Kirchtimke!
Kindest regards,
Noëmi, Börge, Hedda and Sprotte
