We are a young family (Lisbet 1.5, Michel 4, Janne and Jasper) who have recently started living on a nice quiet farm in Wendland. We like to travel and have guests.

A really lovely farm, storks and chickens right in front of the tent, lots and lots of space, a very nice family, and even homemade applesauce! We had a wonderful time with the four of them—thanks again!
The place to stay is beautiful! The large farmstead with its old buildings has a lot of charm, and the campsite under the fruit trees—with a sweeping view of the meadow (and the storks foraging for food)—was absolutely wonderful for us nature lovers! We also loved the starry sky, the peaceful nights, and the daily visits from the chickens. The hosts are very friendly and totally laid-back. Our only request: When there are 8 people staying at the same time again, it would sometimes be nice if there were more than just the one bathroom (with toilet, sink, and shower) available. This could possibly be arranged using the restroom facilities at the Heuhotel. But we didn’t ask, so as not to disrupt the hosts’ vacation preparations. Overall rating: 5 stars. We had a truly wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this campsite 😊 Even before we arrived, communication was great—we received all the important information in a timely manner and knew exactly where to go. Getting there was straightforward, and everything was easy to find. Once we arrived, we immediately loved the peaceful and wonderfully rustic farmhouse atmosphere. It had everything you need for a relaxing stay—even more than we’d expected. We were really delighted by that. A special highlight was the two storks we were able to watch in the morning as they peacefully enjoyed their breakfast in the meadow. A beautiful moment that perfectly rounded out our stay ☺️
Friendly hosts, a very nice campsite, and a great location for day trips to the Rundling villages. We'd love to come back!
Jasper and his wife are wonderful hosts. We felt completely at home on this beautiful farm and plan to come back next year.

So beautiful and peaceful! Great common room with a kitchen and a fireplace.
Jasper and Janne have a beautiful farm surrounded by nature. We were there during the KLP and had a great spot under the trees. Since it was still a bit chilly at night, the common room in the converted barn with a wood-burning stove came in very handy. We’d love to come back next year. :-)

Very friendly communication beforehand, and a warm welcome from Janne and Jasper when we arrived. A gorgeous little spot surrounded by nature. Complete peace and quiet—everything you could want for a relaxing weekend. Cute chickens wandering around and providing fresh eggs. We’d definitely love to come back. Thanks, Jasper
We surprised the host family with our camper as their very first overnight guests. In addition to very nice communication in advance, we were warmly welcomed and were able to spend a wonderful night on a beautiful farm with a lot of potential.
