We are Stephanie and Sebastian, two nature lovers with a heart for traveling. We love to travel around in our self-built Iveco Daily, always in search of special places, beautiful encounters and the feeling of freedom on four wheels. Since the summer of 2025, we have had our little paradise on Lake Warin for other road surfers: a cozy parking space on the meadow in front of our farm directly on Lake Warin, with lots of nature, water and heart all around. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our favorite spot with you. :)

What can I say? Exactly the pitch I was looking for! Sebastian was a great host, the pitch is super quiet and offers great access to the lido. It was so lovely that I went straight into the water again. The shower and toilet were nice and clean and more than adequate. You can take a nice walk to Edeka/Lidl if you need something. The time helped me to concentrate well. I would love to come back 👍🏼
If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The toilet and shower facilities are also absolutely fantastic. Sebastian is a great host who takes perfect care of everything. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. Thank you for the wonderful days.

The space on the property almost on Lake Warin is beautiful. You are picturesquely situated between espaliered fruit trees and colorful summer flowers. The newly completed bathroom in an outbuilding is really practical if you are traveling as a hinterland camper for a longer period of time. The contact with Sebastian was very nice in advance and he explained everything to us wonderfully on site. Thanks again for everything!
We were attracted by the promising description "paradise in the countryside right by the lake" - unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The pitch is not idyllically located in the countryside, but in the middle of a housing estate, squeezed between houses. Access is via a narrow courtyard entrance, which can be a real challenge for larger campers. There is no trace of nature, tranquillity or lake views. Although the lake is theoretically nearby, it is definitely not directly adjacent or visible from the pitch. The surroundings are characterized more by neighbouring gardens and parked cars than by the experience of nature. If you are really looking for a camping experience close to nature, you should look elsewhere. Conclusion: OK for a short stopover, but not a "paradise by the lake" as advertised. We quickly drove on. _________________ Response from the host: ---------------------- We are sorry that this review may have given other guests the wrong impression. Therefore, we would like to correct the following: The user J. canceled his stay with us on the day of arrival at around 5 pm at short notice by message, stating that he was ill and could not arrive. However, as we had kept the pitch free for him and had turned down two other requests, it was unfortunately no longer possible to cancel free of charge at this time. The fact is, we never saw Joshua at our place. He never contacted us by phone, on site or via app to say that he had arrived. Therefore, his statements about the campsite, the surroundings or the access road cannot be based on his own experience. We consider this review to be unfair and misleading. Our pitch is in a quiet location on the edge of a small housing estate and one side of the site borders directly on Lake Warin. The lido is only 20 meters away from here. Access is via a path that has been used by numerous other campers without any problems. Our own camper conversion is 7.30m long and is located on the property. Many of our guests appreciate the combination of proximity to nature and a safe, private location with electricity and water. You can see all of this in our photos and it's exactly as it says in the description. We attach great importance to honest communication, hospitality and a well-kept environment, which is also reflected in the other reviews here and on other platforms. We were very happy with the pitch directly on a small lawn next to the house. The access road is a bit narrow and not for taller campers over 6 meters. Power connection about 5 meters away at the carport. Shower and toilet are still under construction but we were allowed to use both in the uninhabited granny apartment next to the house. Through a path at the house you are directly at the lake and there is also a public bathing area with jetty and a new building with café, changing room and toilets. We were also allowed to pick delicious cherries from the cherry tree in Sebastian's garden.
Sebastian is a super nice and warm-hearted host! We felt really comfortable with him and everything was perfect. Electricity and water were available. The toilet and shower in the outbuilding were not ready yet, but we could use both in his house downstairs (nobody lives there at the moment :) The proximity to the Warin beach and the quiet, wonderful nature all around is just great and I think we will plan a longer stay here on our next trip. :-)
