We felt very at home at Silke's, and even though the place is right in the center of town, it was very quiet and pleasant. There is so much to discover in the Old Hall that every visit felt like an adventure.

Silke is very friendly! The caravan is very comfortable and the building where the toilets are located impresses with the treasures (a collection of furniture) that you can see there!
Beautiful place, right on the Werratal cycle path, everything was great! Uncomplicated hostess, gladly again!
A nice quiet location Electricity water toilet and shower included Next to an old house in which it seems that time has stopped at the end of the 60s a small lost place in which the toilet is located However, it is modern and very clean In the old barn there is the possibility to cook and a kettle is also available the water offered is drinking water The shower is an outdoor solar shower Small note: privacy screen would be an advantage The hostess is very nice and helpful and takes really good care of the well-being of her guests All in all I am very positively surprised and would like to give more stars in any case highly recommended There is also the possibility to rent a caravan
Nice pitch on the meadow, very nice hostess and the former inn has been revived as a cult GDR time travel place. Unfortunately we weren't there on the movie night. Highly recommended!
Very nice meadow with open-air shower. The toilet is in a lovingly and charmingly renovated former inn right next door. Only heard an owl at night. Silke is a great hostess. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay!

Great place, with an old house worth seeing. Although there is a road in the immediate vicinity, it is very quiet in the evening.
Exceptional place!
We had a great short trip. Everything was uncomplicated and super vintage but you still have what you need. The old hall, or as my kids said, the haunted house😂 is awesome and has a lot of charm. We were guests for 3 nights on this beautiful pitch and were very warmly welcomed by Silke. We have lacked nothing and have felt very comfortable. Thank you for the great time. We will definitely come back and are curious to see what has become of the "Old Hall".

Silke is very nice! The place is nice and big enough. The location is quaint and there is everything you need: Grill, campfire possibility, Hollywood swing. Also good possibilities for walking.
Very accommodating hostess. A "fallen out of time" place, who loves vintage and retro is exactly right here☺. The place is located at a historic restaurant from the 60s. The hostess saves the building from decay, large meadow with plenty of space, fireplace, seating, electricity water incl. 👍. Slept well. Absolutely recommend to others. LG Andrea&JC with 🐶🐶👋
A very cordial contact. For me there was a lot of na-ture here by bike and in addition some Kul-tur.👍👍👍 All the best furthermore
The site is ideally located in the middle of the village, surrounded by trees, bushes and a small stream. Very convenient is the short connection to a general store with regional butcher, which sells among other things probably the tastiest Thuringian sausages. Since the main road passes directly at the site, it is disturbing at night when cars pass by...all good things are just never together. Otherwise, a recommendable, cozy pitch.

A greenfield site, partially gravelled, who needs electricity should have a few meters on the drum. Good for all who just want to have it easy. And you will be welcomed by a very nice hostess. We like to come back.
