A very beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as a campsite with plenty of space around it. The restroom, shower, and dishwashing area were all very clean. Sven is always available by phone and was able to answer all our questions quickly. We’d love to come back. Best regards, Angelika and Holger
A truly peaceful spot, even with other guests around. A great location for exploring on foot or by bike. The bus stop is also within walking distance. Everything was exactly as described. Sven was always available, even when he wasn't on site. We'll be back and highly recommend this campsite.
We spent nine wonderful days on the island—Ærø is the perfect place to slow down; time seems to stand still there. Sven guided us through our stay with ease and kept checking in to see how we were doing. Our tent was well sheltered under the farm’s old trees, and it was just a stone’s throw to the sea.

A quiet and beautiful pitch on a residual farm. Straightforward booking and check-in. There is no drinking water, only well water. But the shower and toilet are great! There are also washing-up facilities. We felt very comfortable!
We spent a few lovely days on this idyllic farm. It's a great base for exploring the island and taking long walks along the coast and inland. The facilities with bathroom and washing-up facilities are great, and communication with Sven was just as uncomplicated. Many thanks!
We had a lovely stay at Sven's Hof. A very nice, quiet place with beautiful surroundings. Sven is a very open and communicative host who looks for and finds a solution for everything. He is also always easy to reach. The site is well located, as you can walk to the bus stop in 5 minutes to get to Ærøskøbing or Marstal, for example. It's only a short bike ride to the beach. We would love to come back! Thank you for the wonderful time!
We had a wonderful week on Sven's pitch. The pitch is in an absolutely quiet location and is a great starting point for an individual conquest of the island. The communication was totally uncomplicated and friendly. The sanitary facilities were good, and we really liked the location at the slightly morbid remaining farm. The distance to the nice pitch neighbors was sufficiently large. The village is super beautiful, the cycle paths and landscape are fantastic. All in all, pure freedom. May this little corner of the world remain like this for a long time to come and allow many people to spend their vacations there. We very much hope to come back one day. We would also award more stars and would definitely recommend Sven as a host!
First of all, Sven is an extremely nice and very friendly host. A beautiful place with all the facilities described ready for use. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the number of backcountry pitches on offer in Denmark is still very small, which makes it all the more valuable when such a beautiful place is available. Gladly again. It was a great pleasure for us to be on Sven's peaceful farm. A place where you can unwind and return to everyday life deeply relaxed. We even had the bathroom all to ourselves and there were also washing-up facilities. We would love to come back, hopefully not for too long. And if we could award more stars, we would gladly do so.
Sven is a very helpful and friendly host. Communication 100%. Pitch perfect. WC/shower/dishwashing facilities all available. Full marks are not given for nothing.
