What a beautiful place! If you're not looking for luxury, this is a fantastic place! The children could watch insects and mice, the campfire late into the night was a highlight. Thank you very much.

Mathias is a very friendly and reserved provider who respects the privacy of his guests. He has a wonderful spot with lots of space and many different and beautiful places. :) The highlight was of course the animals, which always kept us very entertained and totally cute ♡. It was also nice that we had the garden all to ourselves and could lock the gate behind us. A clear recommendation from us!

Very beautiful place - exactly as described - pure nature. Tall grass, wild hedges. Small, cozy pitch. We like that kind of thing! Good that the description was so honest and well informed about what to expect :) Gladly again. Host was very nice and uncomplicated.

Wonderful place in nature! The children had lots of fun discovering it and they were delighted with the Nanduei!

My daughter and I spent a night in Mathias' wild garden. The location is incredibly beautiful, the organization great and very uncomplicated. I would like to point out that the garden is a bit wilder than in the pictures in the ad 😉 We were there with our T6, which fitted perfectly on the pitch. As the access road is quite overgrown, getting there was a bit of an adventure - but it was just right.

"Our stay at the nature garden in Herten was simply wonderful. The loving design of the extensive grounds, the wild and romantic nature and the animal inhabitants that we were able to get to know there absolutely thrilled us. The barbecue area and the opportunity to spend the night in the open air rounded off the experience perfectly. A big compliment also goes to Mathias, who not only keeps the garden lovingly and neatly maintained, but also ensures that everything runs smoothly. His friendly communication via the app immediately made us feel welcome." We will definitely be going here often to wind down. Kind regards. 🖤

We booked a special overnight stay through hinterland.camp for the first time - and were completely thrilled! The booking was straightforward, the directions were very clear and the communication was excellent. The information about the accommodation exactly matched what we experienced on site. Particularly nice: we found the closeness to nature and tranquillity conveyed via the platform to be 100% reflected in the natural garden. A big compliment to the owner for this beautiful garden and sanctuary. - We will definitely book with you again!

The campsite is nestled in a quiet, natural environment with a high recreational value. Surrounded by light-flooded meadows and scattered hedges, the site offers ideal conditions for overnight stays close to nature. The vegetation was diverse and healthy - the abundance of insects, birds and wild herbs was particularly striking. Beehives and the enclosure for chickens (as a guest you are free to help yourself to the eggs laid) and the pair of nandu round off the whole experience. The site was mostly flat, easy to walk on and large enough for tents, a fire pit and a sun terrace with a large table and two benches. There was a barbecue and a wood-burning stove as a cooking area - neither of which we used. The ground was dry and stable, which made it easy to set up equipment. The proximity to nature was noticeable throughout: in the morning there was lively birdsong, at night the surroundings were quiet and free from light pollution - ideal for stargazing. There was protection from the weather in the form of natural shade, as well as places to retreat between trees and bushes. A fresh breeze ensured good ventilation without strong draughts. Conclusion: A natural, quiet campsite with excellent ecological quality. Particularly suitable for groups who want to spend the night and work in direct contact with nature.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in Mathias's wonderful space while on holiday from the UK, and we couldn't have had a more pleasant or relaxing time! The chickens and Rheas were very friendly, and we were very grateful for the eggs that Mathias offered us. Two ducks were regular visitors on the pond next to where we parked our Transit Custom camper, and a woodpecker was frequently nearby. A beautifully rustic yet well curated and looked after space, with lots of nice details. The toilet was adequate for a couple of days stay. We went at the end of March, daffodils and other flowers were springing up, I can imagine later in the year the garden will be even lovelier. Mathias himself (although we didn’t meet) was very friendly and welcoming and communicated clearly and openly, even offering us some beer that he had left there on the terrace! My wife left a small wind sculpture on the terrace by way of a thank you for our stay, which couldn’t have been better 😊

I camped one night in the nature garden and loved it. The garden is large with different corners, naturally designed and a nice place to camp. I was able to park my car behind the entrance gate. The communication with Mathias was uncomplicated and friendly. I booked at quite short notice and was able to arrive at a flexible time. I was also allowed to take chicken eggs with me. Thank you very much, Mathias!

We were able to spend a wonderful weekend in the nature garden in the Ried. It was wonderfully peaceful and we even got to enjoy a Nandu egg. Our three-year-old son was particularly enthusiastic about this. He was also very happy about the play area. The contact with the owner was also very positive. We will certainly be back again.

We were allowed to spend a night in the garden with our T3 bus. A very idyllic place...it's worth mentioning that you spend the night just a few meters from the rooster, for which the night ends at 4:32 am. To make sure that everyone is aware of this, the message is repeated every quarter of an hour until around 6 am. But somehow this suits the place, where you can experience the awakening of all the animals in the morning. We liked it very much :-)

Simply beautiful and absolutely alone in nature! Very large area completely for your own use. The toilet takes some getting used to. Not for everyone)
