  An idyllic retreat with warm hosts—perfect for both people and dogs! Our stay with Kristina in the Hinterland was simply wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. The campsite itself was in a wonderfully quiet location and provided a beautiful setting for relaxing days. The entire area is charming and perfect for long walks. Particularly noteworthy is the well-thought-out separation of the site using a portable fence in Kristina’s garden. This was absolutely ideal for us and our Hovawart dog, offering plenty of space and security. The family was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The shared facilities also left nothing to be desired: the bathroom was spotless and the “emergency fridge” was well-stocked—a real plus. We truly lacked for nothing—an all-around successful stay that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

  We had a wonderful stay with Kristina and her husband. The pitch is very well maintained. Kristina gave us a hiking map with tips for beautiful hiking trails and places to stop for refreshments. This was a great way to explore the surrounding area. It was also super relaxing for us and our dog because she could run freely there. We've never had that before 🤗. In the evening we had the opportunity to make a campfire, the next morning Kristina's husband provided us with new wood 👍. The public toilet is spotlessly clean and just around the corner. We will definitely be back again 😊.

  According to the description, the site should be fenced in. Unfortunately, this was a mobile animal fence which is not sufficient for medium-sized dogs
