Great location, laid-back hosts—I'd love to come back 😊
We had a wonderful time. Sooo much space, and the kids were able to use all the play equipment. Everything is set up with great attention to detail. The campfire with bread on a stick was really cozy. The restroom is a dry-separation toilet with toilet paper, water for washing hands, and soap. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
Stefan and his wife have created a wonderful little place to relax. Everything is very lovingly designed with seating areas and a fireplace. There is a dry toilet in a beautifully designed room. There is a bar with a fridge full of drinks that can be taken on a trust basis. All in all, I would highly recommend them and would happily come again.
Stefan is a friendly and attentive host of a great pitch. The 3 pitches are located on a meadow and are quite large. The relaxation begins as soon as you drive in. The train glides surprisingly quietly behind the pitch. You can hear the inevitable motorcyclists from time to time, but Stefan can't help that. The pitch has everything you need. Kall is within walking distance. We would love to come back.
Great, well-kept and lovingly laid out grounds with great play facilities for children. We were only here for one night.
Just great. We were here over Easter 2025 to simply switch off for a few days. And what can I say? It worked out. We had three great days on a mega beautiful property. You're right next to the Urft river and there's so much to explore on the large meadow. There's even a really lovingly furnished toilet block. You can make a campfire at any time. Together with Stefan, Steffi and the family, we had a really nice evening by the fire. Our tip: take some fresh bread from Steffi. We'll definitely be back.
It was all very uncomplicated! The site is very lovingly laid out with a large fire pit, a playground and various barbecue facilities. Drinks available around the clock at a fair price in the outdoor bar. We would love to come back. The entrance is also easy to master.
After booking, Stefan prepared me perfectly for my arrival and stay. There was plenty of information about the location, the surrounding area and possible excursion destinations. I was also greeted warmly on site and informed about a few things. I particularly like the fridge, where chilled drinks are available for self-service. Payable with PayPal or cash. The pitches are very large and located directly on the Urft, each pitch has its own access. It was an all-round successful stay, I would be happy to come back.

Everything top, super grill possibilities (gas, coal, hot ring and pizza oven in the outdoor area) gladly again
Stop four on our route and it was the best stop so far. The water, the animals, the whole ambience and above all the sun loungers in Zanzibar made us review our trip and make new travel plans. We spent a wonderful long weekend with Steffi and Stefan. A quiet and really beautiful pitch in the countryside, directly on the Urft, allowed us to relax. It is important that you are self-sufficient, electricity is available. Steffi and Stefan are super nice, make sure you have a good time and have compiled great information from the surrounding area in a folder. Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay on your beautiful and lovingly prepared property. We would love to come back!
Stefan and his family are very nice, uncomplicated hosts. The site is in a quiet meadow, right next to the stream and the sheep. There are 3 pitches, barbecue facilities and a fireplace, as well as a fridge with various drinks (for a fee). We were allowed to visit the sheep with Stefan and even feed them. The restaurant "Unter 2 Linden" is within walking distance. We would love to come back.

Unfortunately, I could stay only 1 of 5 planned nights. Stefan and his wife are probably hard to beat in hospitality. My daughter had been able to play with their daughter. We will definitely come again and then stay longer.
At the Söttenicher mill you will find a really nice piece of land and nice hosts who had to cope with a lot because of flood 2021 on site. Great that you do not give up and continue! We'll be happy to visit again when we're in the Eifel! All the best for you!

Steffi & Stefan are super friendly hosts. The communication was great and everything was totally uncomplicated. We were warmly welcomed and briefed on arrival. Man is very nice directly on the creek and you have enough space for your camper or caravan. The garden is beautifully prepared and you can use everything in the garden. Our dog Mailo was also allowed to move freely (of course in consultation with the other guests), which pleased him and us. It was a nice weekend and we will definitely come back again. We had a nice overnight stay with the dear hosts Steffi and Stefan. The site is super. Very spacious, varied, with stream (Urft) to cool down, hammock to chill, campfire site, children's playground equipment and much more. Despite bitter setback by the flood great restored. Highly recommended!!!
We were here for a few days to relax. The place offers everything that is needed. With the Urft in the background, the place design is perfect. In addition, there is a refrigerator that offers nice things of the region. The hosts are very nice, helpful and accommodating. We can not say when but will certainly come again. Thank you for letting us be there.

Very kind and attentive hosts. Delightful daughter and very dear Appenzeller Jule make the family complete. Huge and beautiful grounds with enough space for the three pitches. A hammock directly on the Urft was the crowning glory. We come again!
