We'd love to come back—everything was wonderful
Very cute, great view, clean restrooms, and a very quiet location.🌞
It was almost perfect and had everything we needed: restrooms, trash cans, peace and quiet, sunshine, a grassy area, and a view. One small catch: The site is listed on several booking platforms, and they probably aren’t synchronized. As a result, there were 11 campers there instead of the maximum of 8 allowed. This made it a bit cramped for some, and they didn’t get the view they were expecting. All in all, though, I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was great—a beautiful campsite. Clean and tidy. The only downside over the holiday was that not only were 8 spots rented out, but at times there were almost twice as many, so it wasn’t as cozy as we’d expected with just 8 spots, but otherwise everything was fine.
A very nice, quiet spot with a great view. Our inquiry was answered right away, and communication went smoothly. The restrooms are clean and have everything you need. We’d love to come back.
A beautiful campsite with a great view. From here, you can go hiking or biking. There are plenty of options. The restrooms and showers are very clean and tidy. We’ll definitely be back.

An incredibly charming spot with a beautiful view. We arrived in thick fog and were greeted in the morning by Highland cows right next to our rooftop tent. The restroom facility is very modern and thoughtfully designed, and there are plenty of electrical outlets (CE) at the campsites. We’re very happy and would love to come back if we find ourselves in this area again :)
It was a very nice spot, beautiful nature and tranquillity. One toilet block was a bit small for the total number of campers, but it was fine. Communication was also okay, we got some important information from other campers at the site (door code for the toilet, water supply). Highly recommended for a few days or just passing through!

A beautiful and quiet pitch on a meadow with a wonderful view. Clean WC and shower with coin-operated machine. No problems with communication. Everything perfect and recommendable.
The place was mega! Everything was as described! Questions were always answered quickly, everything was clean and there was plenty of space. The toilet block was not far away and very well equipped! The surroundings were quiet and the view was great! We can only recommend it to others and will certainly come back ourselves! Thank you very much!

Super space. But if all the seats are taken, it can get a bit cramped. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and were able to go on nice excursions.

The place with its panoramic view is simply wonderful! We spontaneously decided to stay an extra night. A very quiet location with a number of options, such as hiking and Kneipp baths. The toilet block with shower was very well maintained. The communication with Rico was flawless. Highly recommended! We would love to come back!

Fantastic location with a magnificent view! Everything is uncomplicated, quiet and perfect for relaxing. This is exactly how you imagine camping in the hinterland.
It is a very nice place with a wonderful wide view of the reservoir and the mountain landscape. Rico is a very friendly host and we felt very comfortable. The sanitary facilities are very clean and we were able to make a nice fire in the evening by arrangement.
Wonderful view. Nature for hiking or walking right on the doorstep. Electricity and water available. The sanitary facilities (hot water for an extra charge) are absolutely adequate in a small cottage. We would love to come back.

It was great, we were able to relax well due to the peace and quiet. Rico gave us a short briefing which was perfectly adequate.

Rico is a nice, helpful host. We felt very comfortable on his meadow in this beautiful area. A word to all campers. Rico provided us with a wonderful place to spend the night in the countryside with a toilet and shower facilities. If you need several toilets and showers and washing up facilities, we ask you to use campsites. The same applies to campers who arrive with e.g. construction radios and use them loudly. A big thank you to Rico and his family. We will definitely be back.

Idyllic pitch with great views and good opportunities for walking, jogging and cycling right next to the reservoir.
We spent 4 wonderful days on this beautiful site. The view is unique and the promised "Canadian view" was confirmed. Rico was a friendly and knowledgeable host. The toilet block was very clean and offered adequate comfort with a new shower. A nearby bakery provided us with tasty and fresh bread rolls every morning. Worth seeing is the Nadlerhaus with its Heimatstube, where Wolfgang gave us an informative guided tour. We will definitely be back one day. Petra and Mario

The view was fantastic, as was the location itself. Wonderful hiking trails, beautiful forests and the dam are within easy walking distance. The sanitary facilities were clean and the contact was quick and friendly.

Absolutely recommendable! A beautiful, spacious site with a fantastic view! Very well located for great hikes to the dam, a Kneipp pool is also nearby. Small toilet block with shower on site, everything very new, clean and tidy. The price-performance ratio is really great here! We will be back!

A great place, with a breathtaking view! You can reach many beautiful places from the campsite. My dogs and I really enjoyed it and would love to come back again. A little tip: if you want to pitch a tent, you should bring pegs that are suitable for stony ground.

A super fast and good contact. Mega panoramic view. Great hiking possibilities with dogs. Super! Electricity directly at the meadow! Good bakery within 4 minutes walking distance. When we were there, unfortunately, a yet strong wind blew over the hill. The meadow is Abschuessig, wedges are required.

A great pitch with a great view. Electricity was already prepared . We only had to put us and enjoy the absolute tranquility. Directly from the pitch we could go beautiful round with our dog and enjoy the super beautiful landscape. If it fits we will definitely come back again.

I had a few really nice days in Hundshübel with my dogs. The area is great for hiking and relaxing, the view from the campsite terrific. In fact, the area around the lake reminds me of Sweden or Canada. You always experience great views of the lake with direct transition to the forest when walking. I would also like to highlight the host as very positive! The place on the meadow was mowed, electricity and a garbage box provided. I was able to reach him immediately by phone in the beginning and also on mails there was an immediate response. Great! All in all a very nice stay. We come back with pleasure!
