I am very disappointed with the guest's rating. I have already communicated this to Hinterland this morning. This is the first time I have commented on a guest, but would very much like to do so at this point. Our site was overbooked this weekend because there were two families who, tried to book through Hinterland and unfortunately there was an error and they came to us anyway because of that. They each arrived with young children and I didn't turn them away because of that. Our site is huge and is quite suitable for five campers and it was not crowded at all. The grassy area is just as much the camper area as it is the gravel area. Our event kitchen is available to campers upon request. I think this was overlooked when booking. It is always when there is an event that only the camper area is available to campers then. My staff took care of the campers very lovingly as always and therefore I cannot understand the criticism that they were not welcomed. Even wood was provided free of charge for all campers at all times and the offer to the children with our great ponies was met with great enthusiasm by all children. I think that the price-quality ratio is more than justified with our farm, which is beautifully located, warmly welcomes all children and has a great offer for them. In addition, we are always available by phone and always have an open ear for the wishes of our guests.
Since the weather forecast was decidedly bad, I offered Salome to cancel the overnight stay. I am happy if she makes another attempt and to visit 😊
