You can eat well there, if you ask nicely you can feed the deer that are right next to the camp with leftover bread from the kitchen and there is a great farm store and all this in a great place. A little tip. On a windy evening, simply stand in the lee of the hedges.
Everything is fine. It's just something for minimalists and with more than 2 people for good weather. We cooked outside with our camping kitchen, used the toilet and shower in the main house and hiked the surrounding area. The children loved the horses. The beds may be a bit hard for side sleepers. Hosts and staff on the farm very nice. See you next time!
Great location, nice senior boss and animals so close that you can pet them. The food was very tasty! Electricity is available in the hedge. On arrival you should park in the parking lot below and not drive directly into the courtyard of the restaurant, otherwise everything is parked.

Unfortunately, it wasn't nice at all. The 2 stars are for the beautiful surroundings and the view. When I arrived, a wedding was being celebrated. For me it meant sitting between loud wedding guests on the bench in front of the camper to look at the deer and enjoy the evening outside, since arrival 50m away a loud blower at the party barn, until 0:00 o'clock loud music with bass up to the belly and loud shouting and singing people. If I had been informed about this beforehand, I would certainly not have come. You are behind a high hedge, but still right next to the large parking lot through which the road leads to the farmsteads further back. The residents drive through here quite quickly. The pictures and explanations in the app suggest a secluded location in a meadow. I didn't get a reply to my message in the app before I arrived and I didn't get to see the hosts either. A (super nice) new employee from the farm store showed me the electricity and explained where the toilet was. I should ask again for the shower, because it's on the 1st floor. But when I got to the guest house, unfortunately there was no one to show me. I certainly won't be coming back. Too bad.
Nice, but not for people who like it very private. The pitch I was shown was on the edge of a large parking lot with a beautiful view. Even though I had booked a secluded pitch and was the only camper there, there was always something going on. Cars kept coming and going to park and people from the wildlife park were often present, so you're not often alone here. Thomas, his wife and the whole team are extremely friendly, you really can't say anything here, the 4 stars were only given because I had imagined more peace and quiet under a secluded location and the pictures had also given the impression. A fantastic area for hiking, but you should also be prepared for inclines. The shower facilities were very clean, the farm store is well stocked and you can definitely find nice souvenirs. Overall, I was still satisfied and can recommend the wildlife park.
A very beautiful spot (great view of the valley, we even had a mountain view and of course we could watch the game) and very warm hosts (friendly and helpful). It was perfect for us and we would love to come back!

We stayed with Thomas for two days and really enjoyed our stay. Our pitch with a view directly into the game reserve was great. The sanitary facilities and shower were available in the inn and were spotlessly clean. The inn with its large party barn is predestined for large parties and if you come at the weekend, you have to expect there to be a lot going on on the property. But that didn't bother us too much, without it we would give it 5 stars, so it's just 4 1/2. Thomas and the team are super nice and uncomplicated, so we'll be happy to come back.
Very nice place in the middle of the game reserve. Very close to nature and a good starting point for hikes. Inn with very good food and the farm store sells delicious things to take home. There are a lot of weddings in the summer, but these didn't bother us because they end around midnight.
The place is beautifully situated, the animals walk quite close to the camper in the evening and in the morning. Dog owners will find it practical to go on a 1.5-hour hike around the enclosures, but it's quite uphill and downhill, so not for flatlanders... The food is very tasty! Due to a wedding taking place there, the menu was greatly reduced, but the hospitality was not at all! All the staff and the boss are incredibly friendly and attentive! The music and party noises at night disturbed our sleep a little, so if you want to avoid this, it might be better to come during the week...;-)
We spent 3 nights with Thomas. Everything was as described. The pitch had a great view and was very quiet. Thomas, his family and all the staff are very attentive and nice. The cook gave us a great tour of the farm store...we had to go shopping straight away :-) We had dinner once and breakfast once..very delicious!!! Hikes are possible from the pitch. Toilets and shower very clean, on the 2 days when it was closed until about 5 pm, otherwise during the opening hours of the restaurant. Simply super!

Great place, great food. There were three weddings during our stay. We didn't hear a thing.

Everything super , only the noise of the wedding celebrations disturb a little in this quiet idyll
We stayed with Thomas for one night in August 2023. It was very nice, good food, great views and both Thomas and the staff were very friendly. The chef opened the farm store for us in the evening so that we could stock up on the finest game products. We would love to come back again.
Super schöner Stellplatz mit tollem Ausblick!!! Außerdem total nette und sympathische Gastgeber. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank noch mal! :)

Thomas explained everything to us well. The place had a great view of the deer meadow. The place was very dry despite abundant rain showers. The inn is highly recommended. Shower and toilet well maintained, unfortunately not open around-the-clock. The farm store has a large selection. Peter and Ulli
We had two wonderful days on a pitch right next to the deer enclosure with great views and very very nice hosts. The food at the inn was so delicious that we went to dinner both evenings instead of cooking ourselves. Many thanks to family Gstettenbauer for the great stay!
A magnificent view and in the middle of nature by the game preserve and far enough from the available gastronomy. Although the owners of the hotel were very stressed because of a wedding, we were received nicely. Evening meal in the restaurant was also possible and delicious. We were able to use the toilets in the hotel. It would be nice if (as stated) showers for campers were available. Only therefore one star less 😉

The pitch behind the parking lot was in itself very nicely located with a great view of game preserve and countryside. Very friendly host and also the team was very sympathetic despite stress. The inn, the toilets, the bathroom, all absolutely recommendable. The weddings on Friday and Saturday have not disturbed us despite the evening / night noise, unfortunately, the respective male guests did not know the way to the toilet and peed very numerous wildly around the location and the camper, this should be considered if necessary.

Very nice, wide area where everyone finds his place. We were traveling as 2 adults and 2 children (just under 3 and 5.5 years old). The kids had so much space and fun exploring the grounds. Arrive and switch off. Waking up to see the mouflon deer, the deer and the two horses in the paddock, the rooster calling for breakfast and the birds chirping. For a change from our camping meal, instead of once, we ate twice at the inn. Regional cuisine with really very tasty food! Highly recommended! Weddings took place on the weekend, which were far enough away from us, but still provided great background music in the evening. We are very happy and thank the Thomas for the great hospitality and the super "pitch" in the middle of the mouflon deer enclosure!
We were warmly welcomed by Thomas and his team and had the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of nature on this beautiful farm, being very close to horse and game. A very special experience. Thanks to Thomas' tip we walked a great hiking trail. The cozy farm store is definitely worth a visit.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the farm store is lovingly decorated and well stocked. The parking space is in the last row of the terraced parking lot and you have a beautiful view of the game reserve and the valley.
