A beautiful, quiet spot in the middle of nature - exactly what we were looking for. The spot is idyllically situated on the edge of fields, right next to a small stream, and offers wonderful peace and lots of privacy. In the morning, all you hear is the chirping of the birds, in the evening, a wide view of the sunset - fantastic. Silke was an incredibly warm hostess: uncomplicated, helpful and simply likeable. You can tell that the place is close to her heart. Perfect for anyone looking for nature, peace and quiet and a bit of seclusion. We will definitely be back!
Really nice place in an absolutely quiet location. Silke was extremely friendly and helpful - you immediately felt welcome. Sitting around the campfire in the evening was a real highlight. The animals in the area make the place even more special. Perfect for relaxing and switching off. We would love to come back!

A wonderful place. The little stream was great in the heat. Great hostess. Silke came by briefly to ask if everything was OK, offered help if anything was needed. Wonderful peace and quiet on the pitch, simply wonderful. We will be back.
I agree with the other reviews. Totally secluded location, great wildlife spotting (hen harrier, black stork). Unfortunately it rained, maybe again when the weather is nice...

Very nice relaxing and quiet weekend spent at this beautiful place.
Silke paid us a very warm visit at the site to check that everything was in order. The site is beautifully situated between fields and gives you a feeling of peace and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. We were able to watch birds, deer and squirrels. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
The two of them have provided a really nice spot. Right next to a small stream, at the end of a country lane. You really have peace and quiet here. Also ideal for a roof tent and co. There is also a possibility for a fire on site. The hosts are super nice, we will definitely be back! Many thanks for the hospitality :)

Wonderful place to get away from it all! The arrival and communication worked really well. Even though the site is in a quiet location in the countryside, shopping facilities are not far away.

After a nice chat, Silke took us to the site and showed us around. It's so quiet and secluded there, simply wonderful! We made extensive use of the fire bowl and just relaxed for four days. On the second day, Silke's husband looked after us briefly and we felt very well looked after. At night, all you can hear is the stream and the many animals. This was definitely not our last visit :)

"Alone and far away from everything" - in 360° full view. It was wonderful, the ultimate feel-good spot for us. The distant view to the horizon in every direction, with no artificial light, no vehicles and no buildings - it felt so good. Silke and her husband are super nice people with whom we got on so well straight away that we could hardly stop chatting :) Thank you so much for the birthday surprise. We'll be back soon :)
We were back for the third time, everything was still great, beautiful nature and peace and quiet all to ourselves.
We had a very nice and quiet time with Silke! If you want to escape into nature, this is the perfect place. The communication was uncomplicated and friendly, they even brought us a fire bowl. We would love to come back!
As with our first Hinterland visit, which we booked with Silke, everything was great. Very friendly communication, absolutely great and relaxing location. The meadow is great for playing with the dogs on a lead. A drag line because there are an incredible number of animals passing by. Simply beautiful. See you next time.

Alone and away from it all definitely applies. A very beautiful location that lets you experience unspoiled nature. You rarely find that. I camped here with my jeep in bad weather and was even able to enjoy a little off-road feeling. It was wonderful to be so directly connected with nature. Many thanks to Silke as my host, with whom I was immediately on the same wavelength. We share very similar views on camping and the outdoors. I would love to come back! A very clear recommendation for people who are looking for nature and can sometimes do without comfort.

The access is- as described - a dirt road, which should not be so easy in bad weather... with us it was very hot, everything dry and easy to drive (van)The place is wonderful! Quiet, away from all the hustle and bustle you are all to yourself! Silke is a very nice hostess, who comes over times, holds a nice chat, but leaves you completely in peace! You can unfold relaxed! To stores it is not far by bike yet the quiet - 9 min to the neighboring village. We will certainly come back again when it is not quite so hot 😉 To Silke: thank you very much for your hospitality !

Beautiful quiet place absolutely close to nature, at 2 nights we had only a short visit from Silke otherwise there were only deer and rabbits. So who is looking for peace is right here. Thanks again for 2 great days.
The place could not have been more suitable for my absolute alone time-. Peace, space, quiet splashing of the stream, darkness and thanks to the large oaks even at almost 30 ° always find a spot of shade. Silke came by especially for a chat and if it had not been so hot, I would certainly have run to her farm... Very anxious that one is well and lacks nothing. I like to come back!
This was a short but nice stay with super nice hosts. In the evening we had a beautiful view of the sunset with a delicious bottle of fresh milk. The night interruption was exciting :). Thank you very much for the hospitality.
A great place exactly as described in the middle of nowhere. We were there in mid-June, the surrounding meadows were mowed, on the field was still young corn. So we had a great panoramic view. Very friendly contact, unfortunately only by phone because we were out late in the evening. Absolute recommendation: The old inn Kühst in Nortrup - an excellent Greek restaurant disguised as a country inn. Easy to reach on foot or by bike via a beautiful route.

Super nice hostess and a great environment in nature. Here you can enjoy the peace and make great walks with the dogs through the meadows and fields.
Exactly what we were looking for. Alone, self-sufficient and only critically eyed by rabbits, birds and deer. Real relaxation with our dogs. A large meadow , between fields and trees, just for us. The landlady is incredibly nice and helpful. Gladly again!
The perfect place for a "time out" or even to test the equipment in advance. Scenic directly on a gurgling stream. With far-reaching views but also privacy. Estimated distance to the next homestead about 500 - 700 meters. From above shade protection by trees - but also not too much shade. A short visit from Silke showed us that she values guests who can enjoy this nature. A perfect, wonderful weekend. Many thanks to Silke!!!
This was our first backcountry stay. Such nice hosts who let us look over their shoulder. The little one was allowed to collect fresh eggs and a fresh calf was also born. If you want to see real farming, this is the place to be. The meadow was a bit wet after weeks of continuous rain, but it was no problem at all to drive out with normal tires, otherwise tractor help would not have been far away. 😃 We liked it well and should it happen to us again in the area, we come by again. Thank you very much and many greetings!

It was a really great time for us!!! Between meadows and fields - pure nature. You are really for yourself and can watch the animals in the distance. Silke, the hostess, was really very friendly and open-minded. For us was a great experience and we like to come back!!! Thank you very much for this great place.
We liked it super well! Totally nice family, Silke showed us everything and answered every question. We were allowed to see and pet the animals and unfortunately missed the birth of a calf by a hair; but at least we discovered "Monika" first. We travel self-sufficient but electricity and water was offered. Beautiful place, directly on the farm, more is not possible. We will be happy to come again!
Silke is a great hostess . We are really overwhelmed by this loving nature. This is country life, the cows, ducks, chickens, cats and dogs are just awesome, this is family (no toys). It was beautiful! The hosts were super friendly and helpful! The place was very quiet with a beautiful sunset crowned. For the children there was the experience of a freshly born calf 🥰 We will definitely go again, really recommended!
A little bit of moo is everywhere here. Besides a particularly nice host family, you also meet funny running ducks here. We also ran, for example, through a great oak avenue and along meadow paths. Thank you for the relaxing weekend.
Very friendly and uncomplicated host family. A great "real" farm in the scenic Osnabrücker Land. Perfect for cycling and enjoying the peace and quiet. In the evening, then quickly fetched by bike a delicious pizza in the village, what more could you want. 😊 Thanks to Silke and the whole family for your hospitality.
