⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this campsite and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The site is in a wonderfully peaceful setting surrounded by nature and is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Everything is very well-maintained and clean, especially the restroom facilities. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail goes into running this place. The location in the Odenwald is also simply great; there are plenty of opportunities in the surrounding area to enjoy nature and go on lovely outings. The trip there and our entire stay were also completely hassle-free. The owners are incredibly friendly, warm, and easygoing—you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. We felt completely at ease and would come back anytime. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!
We spent three nights at this wonderful place and felt extremely at home. The hosts, Kathi and Leon, are very kind and accommodating. We were lucky enough to be the first to try out the sauna. It was a dream! There’s also an outdoor shower to cool off and lounge chairs under the starry sky. We would have loved to stay a few more nights and hope we can come back someday.
Both Leon and his wife were incredibly friendly. We received all the information we needed in advance and were able to arrive feeling relaxed. We spent one night on the really large fruit tree meadow; you can park with plenty of space between vehicles, and it doesn’t feel cramped. The dry-separation toilet was a bit of an adventure in itself, with an amazing view :) It was absolutely clean and perfect for our stay. All in all, you can tell that the two of them put their heart into making life a little nicer for campers. We’d love to come back :)
A very friendly, laid-back host; a beautiful spot with a great view of the surrounding area. There are flat areas along the western and northern edges, but the terrain slopes down toward the southeast and gets quite steep. However, a short wheelbase and high wedges help.
A very nice paddock, wonderful view, and sunrise. Nicely sheltered under trees, including a separate outhouse. Leon is super friendly and responded quickly; even though I arrived late, everything went smoothly.

Such a lovely spot! We booked on the spur of the moment that same day; Leon gave us a very warm welcome, and we were able to pick our own campsite on the property. Everything was great—we’d love to come back!
A super nice and pleasant host. The accommodations are in a very quiet location; you have complete peace and quiet and can truly relax. There are many bike paths and plenty of places to visit nearby. This definitely won't be my last stay with Leon.
Great spot on a big meadow. We stayed there with our rooftop tent and went to the nearby Sound of the Forest Festival. Leon is super friendly and gave us some great tips, including a recommendation for a great café in Erbach the next morning. Everything was really great 👍🏻

What a beautiful place! It’s perfect for unwinding and just being in the moment. We had the place all to ourselves; we could pick out a nice spot on the large meadow—mowed in sections—or in the shade under the fruit trees and watch the cows, who eyed us curiously from a distance. A heads-up: The bull makes himself heard every now and then in the morning :) The nearby village is very tranquil and perfect for an evening stroll. There’s a Spanish tapas bar nearby with a great selection of vegetarian dishes. We cooked for ourselves on Leon’s meadow; we were able to use the portable garden shower. Definitely a place to come back to!
I was Leon's first guest, and when I arrived, I was greeted in a relaxed and warm manner. It made me feel like, "You're welcome here, you've arrived—just relax." My campsite was great and all to myself... I'd love to come back. Best regards, Mathias 🌲
