It's hard to find, since it feels like you're just walking through the woods and along dirt paths. But once you get there, it's pure nature and plenty of space. Great for hiking and unwinding. It's definitely worth the trip.
The meadow is located between the town and the forest; it’s secluded but not isolated, 400 meters from the owners’ house, though there are other houses in between, including some light traffic. The meadow is approximately 70 × 25 meters; depending on your preference, this can feel rather cramped and disruptive when shared with two other campers and a total of 9 people. There is no cell phone reception right at the meadow; for that, you have to walk 600 meters into town, where there is reliably good cell phone reception.

We had a wonderful time on the meadow, which is in a truly idyllic location. It feels a bit like being on an alpine pasture there. The Müritz National Park is right down the road, and Fürstensee is only an 8-minute bike ride away. Carmen is super friendly and helpful, and we highly recommend this place to everyone.

A truly beautiful place, completely secluded, quiet, and surrounded by stunning nature. The nearest swimming spot with a dock leading into the lake is about a 5-minute walk away. Carmen was super friendly, and communication was great. Thanks, and we’ll definitely see you soon.
The meadow was truly a peaceful patch of greenery in a small village. What we liked best was the lake. It was absolutely priceless to be able to cool off in the lake after a hot day in the tent. In case it matters to anyone: we didn’t have cell service. (Two different carriers.) But that just made it all the better to pick up a good book.
Great host. We didn't arrive until late at night, but she still showed us around. Awesome
The place was a dream! The three of us spent two wonderful days here with three cars in a very idyllic setting! Carmen was very friendly and accommodating. We’d love to come back!
