Small courtyard by the lake in Kukuk, camper oasis

About 3 years ago I bought my house here in the middle of the small village called Kukuk. It was a former restaurant called "Western Saloon" and relatively well known by Frank Rosin. As a result, there is also a large hall on my farm, which was used for parties and concerts, as well as sanitary facilities. Perfect for camping. The large hall offers optimal privacy and shade in summer. The facilities are completely in campsite style and separated by gender. In the hall there is a counter with a kitchen including a fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Dishes can also be washed here and of course you are welcome to stay here in bad weather, for example. Electricity also comes from the hall. Therefore, my guests are welcome to stand behind or to the side of the hall in my courtyard. There is usually free choice of pitch and I offer space for a maximum of 3 campers.

You can reach the first public bathing area within 5 minutes through the garden gate via a large play area. There are many more in the area. The water is very clean, but also fresh. The lake is ideal for stand-up paddling, fishing or, of course, simply swimming. The village is located in a nature reserve and the nearby forests and meadows are wonderful for hiking and walking.

In general, dogs and other pets are allowed on my farm. I just don't want them to bark at me all the time or even attack me. Also, many dogs are overwhelmed the first time with the rabbits living on the ground (in aviaries). They must then be kept on a lead. Apart from that, I generally hope that my guests are considerate, just as I am. I am not a campsite, but also live here. Please register in good time, as I cannot always be at home. Please do not arrive or move vehicles after 8 o'clock in the evening. Please refrain from loud music and drunken screaming in and around the sanitary facilities or at the campsite. We are in the middle of the village and I also have neighbors.

You can also make campfires here and hire various (water) sports equipment. (At the moment canoe for two, stand up paddle, bicycles, handcart, feather/table tennis ball etc.) I also have horses and riding is generally possible. Feel free to contact me for this.
