Wilfried was a really nice host; the place was quiet, beautiful, and well-maintained. They could have topped off the water, and we even got some fresh eggs. We’ll definitely be back.
Great campsite, beautiful surroundings. The hosts were super nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the fresh eggs, too. Even though the weather was a bit bad at times, we had a great time. We’d love to come back, especially if the weather’s even better 😀. Thanks

Willfried was a wonderful host; he gave us a lovely, quiet spot—thank you again for that! He gave us a quick tour of the area, provided us with a hiking and biking map and some water, and on the day we left, he let us stay a little longer to enjoy the sun—what more could you ask for… We’d love to come back!

Wilfried is a super nice host. We had a very nice time! There were little treats such as fresh eggs, zucchinis and detailed advice on what to do in Rothenburg and the surrounding area. Thanks to them, we went to the Bison Ranch and bought something to barbecue in the little store there. We will gladly come back here a second time.
We felt right at home at Wilfried's orchard. Our camper van was parked next to cherry and apple trees in the shade. Our little dogs had plenty of space to run and sniff around. Wilfried is a top host who gave us a warm welcome and with whom we also enjoyed having nice conversations. He also gave us various tips for our bike tours. The cherries in the garden were just ripe and we were allowed to pick and enjoy them ourselves. The juniper blossom syrup prepared by Wilfried's wife tastes delicious. We were allowed to try some. The campsite is highly recommended and we would love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.
We had wonderful days with Wilfried and his great family....We were welcomed so warmly and hospitably here, THANK YOU for that :) The place was perfect...with a view of the old fruit trees, behind a barn and the possibility to end the day by the campfire.we didn't miss anything....Saturday there were even fresh bread rolls :). Wilfried is super nice and flexible, everything was great, including the cake from the church consecration! We were well sheltered next to the barn in the cold drizzle. The many tips were very helpful for our short visit to Rotenburg ob der Tauber. Thank you very much, we will probably come back again when the weather is good!

We had two wonderful days at this campsite and everything was just perfect. The facilities were great and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our overnight stay with Wilfried was excellent!!! He gave us lots of tips and his hospitality was excellent! We even got tomatoes from the garden and some pastries, he was even able to help us out with a toothbrush. A clear recommendation and should we be in the area again we will come back to Wilfried! The place is very quiet and beautiful with a view of fruit trees.

Gorgeous single spot overlooking an orchard, very private. Hosts were lovely and friendly, including kindly gifting us bretzel and tomatoes. Lots of local information too. A lovely stay, thank you
We stayed with Wilfried for 2 nights and felt very comfortable. Wilfried was always very kind, he explained a lot about the area to us and even when we didn't arrive until midnight due to delays on the day of arrival, this was no problem. The atmosphere is very nice, everything is very lovingly decorated. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is easy to reach by bike. We would highly recommend a stay to anyone and would gladly come back again ourselves.
We received a very warm welcome and had a wonderful stay on the orchard meadow! Our son loved the swing! Wilfried provided us with valuable tips and fresh produce from the garden. We felt very comfortable at all times!
Wilfried is the kind of host you could wish for. On arrival he showed us everything and we were able to fill up with water at the house, and the power supply is also guaranteed. The place itself is idyllic and well-kept and you have absolute peace and quiet if you want it. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we would love to come back.

Very nice place, with everything you could wish for. Well-kept grounds with fruit trees, gravel parking space, firewood and fire basket. Garden and sun loungers are available. Wilfried is a great host. Although we had announced our arrival at short notice, he immediately left his work to welcome us !!! He gets extra praise and thanks for that. Definitely worth recommending.

We had two very nice and quiet days and nights with Wilfried. Wilfried is a great, nice and very helpful host, whom we can only recommend. We were given great information in advance information and we also got good tips about Rothenburg odT on site. Note for people who want to visit Rothenburg odT: Approach by bike approx. 10 km and 250 meters in altitude (one way), i.e. either bring a good level of fitness or an eBike.
We spent a wonderful Easter weekend. The pitch is in a quiet rural location with a view of an orchard and you are completely undisturbed. Wilfried is a warm and friendly person who cares about the well-being of his guests. We felt welcome right from the start and wanted for nothing. The excursion tips that Wilfried gave us on our arrival were also very valuable. Thank you very much! We will definitely be back.

Very warm, friendly and helpful host. Wilfried gives lots of tips about the area and even had a cool welcome drink and homemade cake for us on this very hot day. The place is a dream. You stand on solid ground protected behind a barn with a view over the orchard. There was seating and lounging and there was even a hanging chair on an apple tree. You could have made a fire and we had a barbecue. There is a lot of peace and quiet there and you are for yourself. Electricity and water are absolutely easy to get. With clear skies you can look very well stars and take pictures. We felt very comfortable and welcome and regret that we could stay only one day on the passage there. If it arises, we will be very happy to visit him again.
Wilfried is a super great host. We were nicely welcomed and seen off. Wilfried has made the effort to compile extensive information about the area and has given us still personally good tips. The place and the location are top and worth a trip. Unfortunately, we only had time for 2 nights. We will come again.
Wilfried is a very great host. He is very eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. He even offered us driving services. Top ! The pitch is very nice and cozy. There is a beautiful hiking trail to Rothenburg.... About 7-8 km one way.... We like to come back again!
Great, large place and super nice host who takes time to tell his guests the highlights of the area. Unfortunately we were here only one night, we would have liked to stay longer.
We had a very nice place under apple trees with distant view. The sun spoiled us all day, from sunrise to sunset. Wilfried was a very accommodating and caring host. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!😊
The welcome by Wilfried was very warm and nice. He made every effort to make us feel at home. His hospitality is simply exemplary. Nothing was too much for him. Wilfried surprised us a few times with a delicious drink and we chatted in the evening a few times very nice. The pitch itself is top. Wonderfully quiet location with a beautiful view of the orchard. There are deck chairs and even a hammock. We will gladly come here again.
Very friendly and nice hosts. The place is well located and fortified. Wilfried is very eager that you feel comfortable and there is nothing lacking. There were also many excursion tips.
10* for Wilfried as host! Very great pitch with a view of nature, here you have your peace! Electricity and water (at the house) worked perfectly, we especially enjoyed the fire basket with wood provided! Nearby Fridays great opportunity to shop at the organic farm or Humpferranch with bison. We come back sometime very gladly :-))
A very nice place quiet and idyllic. Very nice hosts who always had an open ear. The site is located near Rothenburg ob der Tauber which is always worth a trip. Dear Wilfried, We were very happy to be your guests. The reception in the early morning was very nice. Since we love nature and silence your place was just right for our short vacation. Such places where fox and hare good night, is awakened with the crowing of the roosters are just top. The small surprise, I say times welcome cocktail 😀 was at the temperatures just right. Later still the green asparagus from your garden the matching wild herbs 😉 from the meadow at the pitch culinary it did not go. The recommendation of the Humpfen Ranch ( bisons ) a total experience with delicious delicacies from the farm store. The deceleration is written here BIG. Arrive and feel good! The small orchard paradise with many wild herbs, peace and sun. Wilfried is super flexible, helpful and in a good mood. You feel immediately welcome and appreciated, is supported in all undertakings. My child was even allowed to use the boys' bike for an outing <3 His sons are very polite and sweet. Firewood, cable drum and water are freely available. Hanging chair and air bed under the tree were already there for relaxing. Breakfast rolls were ready on the table before 7am. Lovingly maintained place, where in the evening also times cuddly cat Joy stops by, the starry sky and the campfire do the rest. Would come again at any time. Thank you !!!

An unforgettable stay at Wilfried.... We were very warmly welcomed by the family and also taken care of during our stay. we found a very cozy place in solitude. Framed by 2 wooden barns, in front of us a meadow with daffodils and chirping birds in the hedge. We spent a starry night with a campfire and absolute silence. On Wilfried's recommendation, the next day we took a great hike along the Schandtauber River to nearby Rothenburg, this medieval town is a must see. Thanks Wilfried for the great stay.
Wilfried is a very warm, helpful and generous host! The pitch is very quiet and sheltered with a beautiful view of the greenery, more private does not go. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our two days very much!

We have spent 2 relaxing days with Wilfried on the beautiful meadow. After a warm welcome we got all the tips to explore Rothenburg and surroundings extensively, moreover still supplied with rolls and apples. Next time we will stay longer.
A wonderfully quiet place. We had a nice hike and looked at the nearby bison. Wilfried took care of everything, maps and insider tips helped us a lot. An evening trip to Rothenburg we did great thanks to his tips. Wilfried really takes care of his guests.

Wilfried was super nice and welcomed us very warmly to direct us to the campsite. He gave us recommendations for dinner in the next village and we get there with a little walk. He also gave us a lot of information about Rothenburg ob der Tauber and even a map. The next morning he surprised us with some plums and tomatoes before we left. All in all, a very wonderful stay in idyllic, quiet surroundings. Water and electricity was available without any problems. Thank you very much!!!

We would give 10 stars if we could. Wilfried is the epitome of a host, so incredibly warm and really there for all questions. The place itself is spacious, overlooking the meadow orchard and very quiet. We slept fabulously, got to take tomatoes from the garden... it was pure relaxation. Great starting point for excursions to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and the surrounding area. We are very very happy to come back!

Very very nice host, beautiful place under fruit trees and absolutely quiet. Climbing park, bison range and beautiful Rothenburg old town nearby.Absolutely recommended especially for cyclists come back with pleasure.
We can only agree with the other reviews. Who is looking for relaxation is exactly right here. Wilfried is a really super landlord helpful from the beginning. We were lucky to be there for the cherry harvest🍒 and were well supplied by him and his mother with the delicious fruit. Thank you again for this 😊. The site is very beautifully located one has absolutely his peace. It was really dreamlike. We are already planning the next visit to Reusch.
We were looking for peace and quiet and found just that there. The fortified site is located behind a barn overlooking the orchard. We were very warmly welcomed by the whole family and were also immediately spoiled with a delicious strawberry cake. Since it was very hot on this extended weekend and our dog did not want to join our excursions, we left him in our camper and Wilfried drove us to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and also picked us up again. So we could look at everything in a very relaxed way. Thank you again for this service. Were very nice days and we will certainly come again. Lothar and Petra and of course George🐕🦺
Here the world is still in order! Our first experience with a motorhome was a hit. Everything went as we had imagined: Peace, relaxation, campfire... The town of Rothenburg is definitely worth a trip, great starting point for trips to Playmobil FunPark and Legoland. The host family very nice and very helpful! Thanks again for the great time

We were barely on the driveway described by him on the phone, the host came to meet us friendly. He provided us with information about the possible walk including printed description and showed us where we can refill fresh water and also where our pitch including already provided cable drum for power supply was. We were allowed to decide for ourselves where we would like to stand....in the afternoon there was a fruit basket lovingly stocked by him at our camper. Super delicious! Thank you that we were allowed to be here, it was very relaxing and village.
Wilfried is a good one! If you reach him on his emergency cell phone, you also get super recommendations for snacking or for ventures. Otherwise, he is always available on the good old landline! He and his five sons are very sociable people. Only John Deere fans should better keep a low profile towards the kids! About the place: Wilfried likes to offer very generously the fruits cultivation work, as long as his wife doesn't get wind of it :) The village is very quiet and you have a view of the fruit meadow. Nearby you can find a herd of bison. You should only watch out for the one with the huge water head! Two chairs and electricity are available. Water is available directly across the street at the family home. We like to come back!
Very nice and quiet place. We stayed 4 nights and like to come back. Ideal starting point to explore Rothenburg and Tauber Valley. The host family makes you feel very welcome. We will miss the daily serving of garden vegetables. Steve & Susann
