The welcome was warm and unpretentious. They filled up my water jug right away, and I was able to use the electricity. Curious sheep were grazing in the meadow. It was perfect for a quick stop. They also offered some lovely homemade items, so I happily picked up a keychain as a souvenir. Just a heads-up: the camper sign is right at the beginning of the driveway. Depending on which direction you’re coming from, the driveway may look similar to the neighbors’.

A beautifully situated campground with great opportunities for biking and hiking. The proximity to Lake Bigge is also wonderful. We’ll definitely be back!
A relaxed, welcoming place... I'd love to come back
A truly lovely spot in the heart of the Sauerland! It’s in a very quiet location, right next to the mini sheep. They thoughtfully provide homemade jam, juice, and fruit compote at the campsite. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet the hosts in person—they were on vacation themselves. We’ll definitely be back!
