Highly recommended! We parked our T3 right on the Elde River at Till & Sandra’s place; a dip in the cold water after our first coffee was included. Great bathrooms and a toilet, plus a cozy, spacious common area with a kitchen. Everything was new and clean. Super friendly hosts! For anyone looking for nature, water, and plenty of peace and quiet—we’ll be back!
Till and Sandra have a beautiful farm right on the Elde River. It’s perfect if you want to go for a kayak paddle or just enjoy the peace and quiet. The large barn is fully equipped, so you can cook or play games even when the weather is bad. The entire farm has been laid out and designed with a lot of love. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
We were welcomed very warmly; everything was explained to us, and we were given some tips as well. The restrooms were very clean and spacious. There’s a large common room with a fully equipped kitchen. The campground is huge. If we’re ever in the area again, we’d definitely book this spot again!!! 5 stars from us
We stayed at Till and Sandra’s farm for three nights. It was an absolute dream and the perfect way to unwind for a few days. They gave us a warm welcome and let us choose a spot on their property for our rooftop tent. We ended up all the way down by the river and the dock there. We recommend using Autan to keep the mosquitoes at bay. Thanks to the private dock, you can hop on your SUP at any time and drift down the Elde River or take a dip to cool off. We had no trouble firing up our grill and were also able to use the kitchen in the restored barn. The barn also has clean restrooms and a large shower. If needed, there’s also a good selection of cold drinks. Till and Sandra were very friendly and welcoming hosts; we were able to strike up a nice conversation with them whenever the opportunity arose, and they always checked in to see how we were doing. We felt very comfortable and right at home from the very beginning! We’d like to thank them and would love to come back!
