As a family, we run a self-sufficient garden and keep poultry. This also includes baking bread, making spreads, jelly, juices, tomato ketchup and liqueurs. We process the poultry into roasts, smoke duck breasts and legs and make sour meat. It tastes particularly good with homemade remoulade and fried potatoes. Our guests are welcome to sample it on request.
