The campsite on the large meadow is great; everything is neat and clean. Maik and his family are very friendly and welcoming hosts who also have great suggestions for family outings. Our kids were also allowed to use the play structure in the garden—they loved it! We’d love to come back. Highly recommended! 👍

We had a truly wonderful weekend with our two boys (ages 7 and 4) and our friends, who were also there with their children. We’d been hoping for a relaxing weekend with happy kids, and this beautiful spot in rural Rietberg made it happen. We had plenty of space on the lovely meadow for our tents, including a pavilion. And thanks to the great playground with a big slide, nest swing, sandbox, and water pump (a highlight for the boys), our kids fell asleep super happy in the evening after the campfire. It was just wonderful for both us as parents and the kids. We chilled out and grilled while keeping the kids within sight. Our host Maik was super nice and open, so it was easy to strike up a conversation here too :) Thank you so much for your hospitality ❤️ And not to be overlooked: the bathrooms were top-notch!
