Hey, I'm Wiebke
As a small, diverse organic farm, we grow ancient grains, have an unpackaged farm store with many great products from the region and take you on your way to waste-free "do-it-yourself" at our seminars and events. We have a small bakery and bake delicious bread and rolls from our grain with a long dough. We also bake our own cakes. We are happy to preserve other delicacies from the farm in jars. We love what we do ... whether it's planting colorful flower strips around our fields, building our forest garden or, or ... and we would like to inspire you for our kind of sustainable agriculture.
