We highly recommend this campsite. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed the peace and quiet of nature.
A very nice, cozy spot on the edge of a forest with a beautiful view of the mountains and Lake Constance. The perfect place to relax!
Simon was our first booking. It was completely spontaneous—he responded quickly, and the whole experience was hassle-free, with a very friendly and dedicated host. The place is simply incredibly beautiful and completely secluded. You’re guaranteed to find peace and quiet, all while enjoying a fantastic view. You’ll definitely need to be self-sufficient. We’ll definitely be back!
We were able to spend three wonderful, peaceful days at Simon’s. The location of the campsite, right on the edge of the forest, is unique. Absolute tranquility, and on two of those days, a magnificent view of the entire mountain panorama all the way to the white peaks of the Swiss Alps. We felt right at home at Simon’s. We were provided with water, and with temperatures over 30 degrees, our ice packs were even refilled overnight. We’d gladly give it 10 stars. We’d love to come back to explore the Lake Constance region further. Best regards and a heartfelt THANK YOU

Great spot—I was all by myself, felt safe, and there was no through traffic since the dirt road is a dead end. The path to the spot is a gravel road, which wasn’t a problem for my Pössl 540 with a bike rack. Simon was very friendly and genuinely offered his help. I’d definitely come back.

Our stay was simply amazing! The view is breathtaking. It’s in a very quiet location. There’s plenty of space for at least three tents, as well as plenty of shade under the trees if you want to get out of the direct sun. There’s also a wooden bench up in the shade, which is nice. Simon and the rest of his family were wonderful hosts. He brought us firewood and the fire pit, as well as extra water and popcorn for the evening, without us even asking. Just great people. We’ll definitely be back! P.S. The bus connection to Friedrichshafen or Ravenburg is also quite good, in case you want to spend a day in town and leave the car at the campsite.
