A very nice, quiet campsite
What a place! Just the kind of place you always dream of, but rarely find. Right on the lake, with a dock, spectacular sunsets, birds chirping, a starry sky, great access to the city, a friendly host, and a large meadow—in our case, all to ourselves. It was wonderful. Thank you so much!

We were able to park right by the lake, completely undisturbed. The hosts are very nice, laid-back, and accommodating.
We had a wonderful stay! The location right on the lake is truly fantastic and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the freshly mowed lawn with its seating areas—perfect for enjoying time outdoors. The host’s replies were sometimes a bit slow to come, but everything still went smoothly and without any complications. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would gladly recommend this place!
The host was rude. I booked both spots and messaged the host to let her know that I’d booked both because of our difficult dog. She confirmed this and wrote back to say that we’d have the place to ourselves (obviously, since I’d booked both spots). On the day we arrived, I got a message saying that we wouldn’t be the only ones there after all, because someone else had joined “privately.” I then spoke with the hostess’s father, who was very rude. “Have you ever seen a campground with only two sites?” he asked. “He can do whatever he wants on his property.” Then he also mentioned that the other guests were bringing a dog, too. We’d booked both sites specifically to avoid exactly that. That’s obviously rude—and a breach of contract, to boot. And sending a message like that to guests on their arrival day is completely unacceptable. Of course, we didn’t go there. So I can’t recommend this host. Who knows if you’d suddenly find yourself there with 4, 5, or 10 other people. After all, he can do whatever he wants.
A really nice spot right on the water. Absolutely quiet at night. Very friendly hosts. We'll definitely be back. A little tip: Wheel chocks are a must if you want to stay level.
Jule was a great host, and the place is truly a dream! In the evening, there were even deer in the field. The view across the lake with the ducks, the cherry tree, and the whole setting was simply perfect. The only thing was, we didn't find the entrance to the field right away. We’ll definitely be back 😊
Super friendly host. There’s no sign of the industrial area here. We stayed for one night and were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. Private dock. Clean and a great view! A real hidden gem—we’d love to come back.
The lake and the dock are great :) We had a really wonderful time sitting around the campfire in the evenings. However, it’s located next to a field by the road behind the industrial park—just so you know, for those looking for a truly natural setting.
