  Unfortunately, the stay with this guest was not entirely easy. As soon as he arrived, he was not very friendly and immediately made it clear that he didn't like a lot of things - even though the accommodation and its location were clearly shown in the description. Despite the high temperatures, we offered him the use of our private shower out of pure hospitality and goodwill - although this was not part of the booked offer. Unfortunately, this was not appreciated either. Overall, the guest had very high and unrealistic expectations that did not match our offer. We always strive to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, but in this case, cooperation was unfortunately difficult.
