Unfortunately, some things didn't run smoothly on our side. However, we apologized for this and tried to make amends. All complaints (electricity on request, a jammed shower lock) were rectified promptly. We were allowed to use a garden kitchen, although this was not included in the offer. Nevertheless, guests complained about food in the fridge and a waste garbage can that had not been emptied. We only received 1 star for this. We are giving 3 stars back because they were still friendly. But apparently only superficially. A real shame.
