We had booked a spot at Hermann Josef's for our stopover. It was lovely under the fruit trees, there was electricity, and we had some peace and quiet. Absolutely perfect for a stopover.
A beautiful, quiet spot on the outskirts of town. The wine cooler comes highly recommended, and the nearby stream and valley are perfect for lovely outings and walks. Thank you very much, and see you next time!
A beautifully situated and well-maintained spot, very quiet at the end of a dead-end street. Right next to it is a small stream, and there are trees providing shade. And the winemaker hosts are very friendly. We’ll definitely be back and are already looking forward to it. *Thumbs up*
Nice parking space, ideal for transit near the A61. Great walking opportunities for the dogs.
Ideally located close to the A61. Direct walk possibility for the dogs. But there are not only 3 places as described.
The place itself is beautiful. Well located, very nice surroundings. There is a "wine filling station" where you can buy wines for €5 a bottle. However, the site was quite full with 8 campers at times and there are only 3 power sockets and a toilet with washbasin. So if you rely on getting electricity, as it says in the site description, then you have to be lucky to get a free socket.
Meadow with fruit trees, you can only hear the stream described from there, but you can go for a wonderful walk directly from the site and then after a few minutes you can get to the stream to play or cool your feet. Everything ran smoothly. Toilet simple and clean. A clear recommendation for a night in transit.
