This was our third time there. The landscape is simply beautiful. Unfortunately this time the chickens, which didn't exist 2 years ago, woke us up very early. Otherwise, pure peace and relaxation.
We found the stay at lorenz very nice.it was quiet, very natural meadow and surroundings. It was quiet.
Very scenic location, but not as shown in the photos. It was clear that the site was built with a lot of love at some point and is now no longer well maintained. The toilet is quite far from the site. Be sure to visit the small Gipssee lake!

The location is great. Beautiful hiking area. The family is nice and asks for help. Condition of the meadow slight slope to be compensated with wedges. Condition of the toilet is almost unacceptable. Very old washed but dirty towels, toilet paper in short supply. There is a lot of rubbish around the house. Restaurant is closed. Too bad, the location has potential but the condition of the inn and the toilet is not good.
Very nice, idyllic place with farm charm. Chickens, roosters, rabbits and guinea pigs.... A paradise for children. For parents too, to enjoy the wonderful view. Top👍 We would come back at any time.
We (2 couples with 2 campers) had with the two dogs a nice, relaxing stay on the beautiful, spacious camper meadow. Despite other 4 campers, we stood so far apart that it felt that you are all alone on a beautiful meadow. You could move freely everywhere, barbecue, etc.. Of course it was great that there was a toilet on site, which is not guaranteed everywhere on such sites. Lorenz is very nice and explained everything well. The place we could choose uncomplicated and free.
Super nice contact. Despite our last-minute request, everything worked out great. The pitches are very idyllic and everything you need is on site. We are very happy to come back.
The place is a pretty green meadow, very quiet with ej em magnificent view of the vineyards. Lorenz is very cordial and provided us with tips for the surrounding area. We like to come back
We stood on a very quiet mowed meadow with a beautiful view of the vineyard. Who needs electricity take enough extension cable, 25m have just been enough for us. We liked it well.
Great quiet place in a small idyllic wine village. Place offers everything you need. Reception was friendly. Can absolutely recommend the place

We were received very warmly. Lorenz picked us up at the entrance and explained everything. He has also enumerated the recreational opportunities. The place is firm, you should not forget the wedges for motorhomes. The panorama and the peace are great. The playground and the toilet could use a little love. All in all had 3 nice days. Thumbs up, maybe we will see each other again.
Lorenz has welcomed us very friendly and led us to the place. The meadow is equipped with electricity and water. In the outbuilding (former inn) was a toilet available for all. Beautiful view of the vineyard, nahegelegenenr lake was great and refreshing.
We were passing through for one night and can recommend the place for that. Good for children.
We used the pitch for a stopover! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the family. There were a few leisure recommendations, which are also only 10 minutes away. The pitch is huge, electricity and water were directly on site! The location is super quiet! One has heard at night only the crickets! Pure nature! We can recommend the pitch with best conscience recommend!

The place is very nice and quiet. The toilet is small and old but was clean. Unfortunately, only the small toilet cubicle is lockable and not the room, so washing at the sink is difficult.

Very nice quiet place on the outskirts of a tiny village. Nearby clear lake perfect for swimming. At certain times you have this one to yourself. Also in the vineyards you really have your peace. Perfect for a time out.
Nice host Lorenz, large meadow, electricity, playground for the little and also toilet. That was incredible four nights. Thank you and gladly again!

Very nice pitch.
We were with the tent on the meadow of Lorenz. Electricity, water available at the place, toilets a few meters away. An existing garden hose created the necessary cooling and served us at the same time as a shower😅 In the surrounding area we have made beautiful cycling and hiking tours. Lorenz is a super nice host! Any time gladly again!
Super location and super nice host. Very quiet location, but you are not alone, there are several pitches, but we did not feel disturbed by it.
It was just dreamlike. A great host family, fresh eggs for breakfast and an insanely beautiful environment. Thank you!
The place is nice and spacious, power supply we have not needed for the 2nights, in the vicinity of a small great extremely turquoise shimmering lake, perfect for an evening walk

Contact with Lorenz was great. Meadow a bit sloping(wedges), long power cable, Toilet 50m in the adjacent old hotel. very quiet.

Great stopover! We stopped here on the way to Austria. It was a great start to our vacation. We were greeted warmly and given some info about the area. The camping meadow is spacious and we had a gorgeous sunset overlooking meadows and fields. Toilet access, water and electricity were also available. We have nothing to complain about. Very happy to return!

Very nice, idyllic and quiet pitch with super nice host. We had a relaxing overnight stay and will definitely come back again. Lorenz had immediate tips for activities and was very helpful! Chocks are recommended because the meadow is quite steep in some places (is just nature 🤷♀️😊).
This time there was even a small fire in the fire bowl! Totally beautiful.
Great quiet place with plenty of space. Uncomplicated arrival and departure and very good communication with Lorenz. Bathing lake and vineyards around explored and found good. Highly recommended for a few days to relax.
Nice location, nice reception! Unfortunately, there is no shade on the lawn, which was therefore quite heavy for us. But otherwise everything is great! Great view of the vineyards, nice hiking opportunities, very quiet (despite nearby youth campsite it was very quiet at night) and activity suggestions from Mr. Wolf 👍🏻!
It was dreamlike. Very large place with sufficient distance to the camper neighbor. We have spent here with dog beautiful days (and nights). The host was very helpful and always responsive. The delicious wine was even delivered to the place (we regret not having ordered more bottles for home ;). The toilet is located, with a small walk, in the inn. Electricity and water is also available. That here also the garbage disposal is feasible, we had not noticed. That's why we regularly went to the car station to get rid of the garbage. We can recommend the place without reservation. We had even extended three nights.

Lorenz keeps a great meadow with a fantastic view and is a great host! I will come by again ;-)
Very friendly and helpful hosts. WC Ok. Waste disposal top. Unfortunately, in the immediate vicinity is a youth campsite which provides the appropriate occupancy for evening soundscape. Therefore one star deduction
We have experienced a nice short break. A very nice contact (already in advance, as well as on site). A great place on a spacious meadow, so that enough distance is provided. Just as you imagine private camping. We will gladly come again. Jo
We have had wonderful days. The children had fun. We were received very friendly and if we had any questions someone was always available. Thank you for the wonderful time
The pitch is a large meadow and in order. The toilets are unfortunately far away in a pub and not particularly well maintained.
Very uncomplicated and warm was the reception, although we requested our stay at very short notice; the recommendations for the surrounding area were very good and really pleased us. The stay was very pleasant, you stand on a spacious lawn on which you have more than enough space for yourself. Also otherwise everything was fine, gladly again.

A very nice campsite with water and electricity directly on the meadow. The lake is about 800 meters away. Fireplace at the meadow for all to use. We were lucky and very nice neighbors :) Gladly again

Super nice pitch with cozy fireplace and views of the vineyards. We were very warmly welcomed by Lorenz and his children. He has described to us directly the approach to the site, as well as explained everything and also given tips for hikes in the area. You can buy cheap wine, which is brought directly to the site and also tastes very good. :) There is a toilet in the associated (closed) restaurant. You walk a little further over a great playground. The path is signposted, in the house you can still buy homemade honey. We had a really nice evening and would definitely come again. :)

Did not like us, no communication in advance, thereby place badly found. On site then no toilets found. Did not stay then and drove on.
Our experience was great and we were welcomed very sweetly. Nice place with a beautiful view of the vineyards. Nearby are interesting hiking trails through the vineyards and swimming lakes. In the neighborhood there is wine to taste. There is electricity and water directly at the site and the toilets were also always clean. Note: A grill tray is available, but the existing grill grate was too small for it. For us, this was not a big problem, we simply converted my old pot to the fire bowl. I especially liked that we got everything explained by Lorenz right at the beginning and he gave us the tips with the hiking trails, the wine and the lakes :)

Very idyllic area! Super nice host and great view of really one of the most beautiful, pristine vineyards we have known to date. It is worth asking more about the history of the area and the vineyards from the winemaker in the village. His wines are also really delicious! We will be happy to come back.

It was our first camping vacation with our finally finished VW T3. Everything was really perfect. From the place you have a great view of the vineyard. In addition, the location is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks on and around the Zabelstein. In the evening you can then end the day at the campfire. We will definitely come again.

We were warmly welcomed by Michael's son Lorenz. We also got two eggs, which tasted great. Unfortunately, we were there only one night passing through. We liked the place so much that we will spend at least one weekend there.

I can only agree with the other reviews. We were greeted very nicely also with eggs and peaches. We asked for a bike route that should not be too steep and the son wrote us a written out. They also recommended a nice restaurant. It was a very nice stay and if it fits we wwrden certainly again there a few days stop.
The welcome from Lorenz (son of Michael) was really very warm. (With eggs and fruit). Great! Lorenz is always there if you have questions or need something. You really notice that he wants to make the campers happy. Thank you Lorenz for your hospitality, you do it really great. The meadow is very large and you have a lot of space. Electricity, water, toilet, everything there. There is a seating area, should you not have a table and chairs with you. There is also a fireplace. If the "right" people are there ;) , as it was in my case, you can make a nice evening together at the campfire. :-) For children super suitable, great playground, which also does not bother at all, because it is not directly on the Womo meadow, but still close enough for parents. Many greetings also to the other campers who were there this weekend. :-)

We had two great nights with Michael and his family. We were very kindly welcomed, the three eggs were also there for us and some tips for exploring and excursions in the area. The wine from the Neighbor tastes and was brought to us directly to the pitch. Firewood was also provided for us. The playground contains the right play equipment for all children. The meadow is sloping, wedges are definitely recommended.

Very nice hosts and warm welcome with fresh eggs and fruit from the garden. In the evening even wine is served from the neighbor at the camper. The view of the vineyard and fields is very beautiful and relaxing
The chickens had not yet done their job when we arrived, but we got freshly harvested peaches. Many thanks to the son of the family for the nice welcome. Super nice pitch in the nature - just right for the weekend vacation. The owners are super nice. We were greeted sweetly, got eggs from the free-range chickens as a gift and got tips for activities. Totally unobtrusive. There is a toilet, unfortunately no shower - that would be the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back.
Very friendly reception with 3 eggs as a welcome gift. Very accommodating, attentive and interested. You can tell the host that it is really important to him that the guests feel comfortable and he did everything for it. We can only recommend this place! This is camping the way you want it to be. We hope that there will continue to be such great offers!

We had a great time with Michael and his family. The Stellpatz had a panoramic view all around in the countryside and especially on the Falkensteiner vineyards. The surrounding area was ideal to explore on foot or by bike. The Wolf family members are gracious, uncomplicated and attentive hosts who provided us with excursion tips and wine from the local vintner. The time flew by. We will be happy to come again!

A beautiful camper meadow with a view of the fields and vineyards. Electricity, water, fire bowl - everything there that you need for a short vacation. The hosts are very nice and have even arranged an individual bike route for us. We will be happy to come back!
We were positively surprised by our hosts. Very good communication and they cared if we were fine. Nice pitch on a meadow. Besides us there were 5 other campers on the meadow, but there was enough space so that everyone had their privacy. Water and toilet are available and we can also recommend the local wine shopping. We will definitely come back, this time hopefully for a little longer. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
We had 3 very relaxing days with Michael. We were warmly welcomed directly and also asked over the days again and again if we needed anything. From the pitch you can walk to a beautiful lake and also start many great walks. We will be happy to come back :)

Very nice, idyllic location and a very friendly host who gave us eggs from their own chickens and provided us with many tips. The infrastructure / toilet is rather simple, but okay for a short stay. Electricity and fresh water available and easily accessible. The view over the fields and vineyards is a dream.

We are very welcome and received with 2 fresh chicken eggs. The whole family is very friendly and you get the wine, which is made in the village delivered directly to the camper. Great meadow with a view to the vineyards, which are also within easy walking distance. Michael and his accommodation are highly recommended.

Very nice place with nice hosts. Fresh eggs and great wine were delivered directly to the camper geliefert👍🏻. Our grandchildren had immediate family connection and were out all day. For a weekend in peace and quiet we will certainly come back soon times

Such a beautiful place ! A flat but nice big meadow with 360° view. Fields, meadows, vineyards, the village. Charming little fireplace. A water tap and an electricity connection. Very nice landlord / owner. The village guys brought us fresh eggs and sold us a bottle of local wine. Perfect.

Michael and his family welcomed us openly and warmly. We felt very well cared for / uplifted and still kept to ourselves. The pitch is in a very rural, quiet area. It is easy to find and has good access. You can easily start hiking or biking tours from there or just walk. Who likes gets organic eggs from their own chickens and very tasty wine from the vineyard within sight. This was pure relaxation. Especially for our two dogs! Thanks to all and keep up the good work! Everything perfect 👌🏼 The location of the meadow and the view are a dream. We were self-sufficient, but there would have been water and electricity. The toilet we then actually used. At night it was totally quiet. The providers and their children are very nice and helpful. Even with chilled wine from the local vintner we were supplied 🍷☺️ From us an absolute recommendation 👍👍👍 There are great hiking trails in the forest and the nearest towns are also worth a trip. By the way, there is a disposal station in Volkach at the outdoor pool.
