Everything was as described. The farm is well located, e.g. to go into town by bike. We were able to reach Johannes easily both before and during our stay. Top!
There are no pitches for caravans in Bamberg. Only in the surrounding area (20 - 30 km). That's why we were looking for a site close to the city. The location was perfect for our concert visit! 5 km to the lake stage. 20 minutes by bike.
It is an uninhabited but not overgrown farm on the edge of the city center.
No utilities. You have to be self-sufficient. The nearby ring road is only noisy during the day. No problem at night; hardly any traffic. The contact with Johannes was very friendly and helpful. We didn't meet in person, but that wasn't necessary. It's just a piece of private meadow in the city.
Attention: Access ONLY via the B 22 = Bamberger Strasse. Simply drive onto the pedestrian path. There is a bollard on the road from the north!
