The owner is friendly, courteous, and helpful. You should definitely try the beer—it’s highly recommended. The campsite is great. The restrooms are basic but perfectly adequate.

We (a family of 4 with 2 children, aged 4 and almost 6) passed by on our way through and were welcomed by the friendly host. A beer tasting in the evening rounded off our stay and so we continued the next day. Many thanks for everything and good luck with the next projects.
A wonderful campsite, we received a warm and friendly welcome. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Any time again. It was a wonderful vacation. I can only recommend it to anyone.

A quiet and cozy little place on the edge of the Harz Mountains. Absolutely recommendable, there is everything a camper's heart desires (including delicious beer) 😊
We received an extremely friendly and uncomplicated welcome. The pitch is idyllic and quiet, the toilet, shower and sink are excellent. The beer is also worth the journey - thank you very much for letting us try it!
André welcomed us very warmly, opened the gate for us and showed us where we could stand after a short conversation he invited us to his birthday the next day was a very nice evening with home-brewed beer and pizza was all great thanks Michi Andrea and dog Dusty
We really enjoyed it. Everyone was super friendly. Michel gave us a very friendly welcome. Luisa gave us great tips for breakfast and dinner. And your beer is awesome. We would love to come back.

A very nice and quiet pitch on a well-kept lawn in the middle of the village. Ideal for a few quiet days to relax. The host and his wife are very friendly and take care of everything to make you feel really comfortable. Highly recommended. :-)

Very lovingly designed pitch in the middle of the village and yet completely quiet. After a few days of self-sufficient camping and a MTB tour along the Wipper, I enjoyed having a shower, toilet and electricity. In the evening I had a really nice chat with the host André about hops and malt and a freshly tapped and home-brewed Heimat-Pils. Many thanks for this pitch opportunity. I will definitely be back (I still have to try one or two more varieties.
A super well-kept property with clean sanitary facilities and a great ambience. We were even given a free tour of the brewery and the opportunity to taste the beer. Definitely to be recommended.
Super nice hosts and 3 large pitches. Everything a camper needs on site. We were also allowed to take a tour of the in-house brewery, TOP. Unfortunately we couldn't say goodbye because the hosts had to work. We would love to come back!

This great, well-organized pitch is highly recommended! In the middle of the city and yet you have peace and quiet. It's well maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need and Michel comes every day to ask if everything is OK. He even went shopping with me so that we didn't have to lug everything around in the heat. Overall, everyone there is incredibly warm and helpful. The breakfast at the "Alter König" guesthouse is mega!!! The boss there, Liana, also makes everything possible for André's guests. All in all a wonderful place for which 5 stars are not enough! We'll be back next year. 🥰
A great place, very quiet despite being in the city center. You can spend really nice days here in this great ambience. The proximity to the "Alter König" restaurant is another plus point. André and his team take care of everything.

André is an amazing host, very friendly and ready to answer any doubts; the communication was clear and fast; we have to change the date because our plans changed and André welcomed us with short notice! The place is clean, quiet and really well organised! We would suggest André's place to anyone who needs a comfortable and well maintained place!

André is a very nice host. My very spontaneous request for an overnight stay in the evening was quickly confirmed and I had a quiet and pleasant stay.

We spent Whitsun with several families on André's pitch and were 150% satisfied. The site is super: great, well-kept grounds in a nice little town, very quiet, absolutely recommendable with children, the sanitary facilities were great for our needs. Andrè is a great host. He was open to our wishes from the very first inquiry and made sure that we wanted for nothing during the weekend. Another highlight was the tour of Andrè's small but excellent brewery with a tasting. The whole team was nice... so we would definitely like to come back to this great place. 5/5 !
Communication with André was straightforward and via messages on the app. The pitch was as described and the toilets and shower were clean and in perfect condition. Many thanks for the relaxing night
The hosts in Hettstedt are great. Even before we arrived, the communication was excellent. After a friendly welcome, we were shown around and told the history of the site. We were able to ask the hosts questions at any time and they were eager to make everything to our satisfaction. We extended our stay on the very first day. We will be back, we promise.

We had booked at short notice for one night. Nice, uncomplicated contact. Very nice, well-kept and quietly located pitch. Very clean and adequate sanitary facilities, even with a dishwasher sink. We were especially pleased with the spontaneous, extraordinarily informative brewery tour and the subsequent beer tasting. Good was also the tip with the breakfast in the nearby hotel. All in all, highly recommended.
Everything perfect! We were able to get a pitch for the night at very short notice. Very nice welcome, the place is great, everything clean and very well maintained. Absolutely recommendable. We come back with pleasure!
We can only recommend, the hosts are super nice. The place is in the middle of town but still quiet and close to nature. We were warmly welcomed and there was a beer tasting. What more could you want. Thumbs up!
