A very beautiful spot on the outskirts of the village with a view across the meadows. The property matched the description exactly, and everything was thoughtfully and practically equipped. A very nice welcome gesture was the fresh eggs from their own chickens. Angela truly cares about her guests’ well-being: an occasional chat and her tourist recommendations (Reicherskreuzer Heide during the blooming season!) greatly enriched my short but relaxing stay in this extremely interesting region. By the way, the “GDR LPG Romantic” is a former garage/workshop that’s still used by the hosts. They very readily made a room in it available to me as emergency shelter when a storm was shaking my tent violently. Thanks again for your hospitality (and for your patience with my watchful dogs).
Wonderful place to come down and switch off. Great hosts with very good communication and delicious breakfast eggs :) All in all, I can really recommend it, thank you for everything! We'll see you again when the stork is back.
Angela and her husband took us in at short notice. We were given firewood and fresh chicken eggs. We were all alone in a beautiful meadow, there was a toilet in the barn and a great starry sky. Very nice hosts! Thank you very much. :)
