Communication with Sebastian was smooth, quick and easy. The site was easy to find with a link (but as already described in comments - steeper access and tight curve). The site is incredibly beautiful, right on the Lahn, overlooking a ruin/castle, in the realm of geese/swans, idyllic.... Except for strollers, no one came across the meadow. We will be happy to come back!
Nice pitch, but the border to the neighboring properties is not clearly recognizable even with the floor plan. Along the Lahn was very busy at 33 degrees and also on the property of Sebastian people have picnicked. We would still definitely come again. The approach is narrow and steep, think for classic campers the place is nothing.
The property is very nicely located, right on the river. It is super quiet as there are no neighbors nearby.
