A beautiful, quiet spot next to a wonderful tree. There were horses nearby, which is always a bonus for me. A hammock, comfortable chairs, and a restroom—everything was just as described, and we really loved it. Hizia is very attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at the last minute and were therefore unable to stay there. However, communication with Hizia was excellent, and we’ll definitely come back another time.
Wonderful pitch right by the stream and in a quiet location. The communication with Hizia and the welcome on site were absolutely top: friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, quiet place surrounded by nature.
Very friendly hosts. Communication went absolutely smoothly. The place is a dream. We stayed there for one night with our 4 poodles. Our four-legged friends were able to run free around the clock thanks to the fully fenced area. The small shelter and the stream that runs right past the property are particularly nice. We would love to come back.

It is a wonderful spot on earth. It offers plenty of space and has a shelter where you can sit and relax. We used the fire pit as a campfire and the stream to cool off and as a fridge. It is a pure oasis in terms of relaxation. Very quiet. It is highly recommended to stay there for a while. And since we are from the area, we will probably visit more often 😎
The place is as described, even more beautiful and idyllic. We were there for a few days and were able to enjoy the peace and nature. The site offers plenty of sun or shade, depending on your preferences. The small stream murmurs quietly to itself and rounds off the atmosphere. We went on some beautiful hiking tours. You can be in the forest or the vineyards in just a few minutes - fantastic views guaranteed! End the day with a campfire in the evening, what more could you want? Hizia is a perfect hostess. Always approachable, always friendly, always helpful and never intrusive. We had a great time, will definitely be back and can highly recommend this place. Thank you, Hizia!
Wonderful pitch in the middle of nature. The twittering of the birds, the babbling of the brook - more nature is not possible. There is also a hammock, a lovingly furnished seating area and a super friendly and helpful hostess who cares about her guests having a good time. Thank you very much for the great experience :)

Lots of space to chill out, wonderfully quiet, lovingly decorated, being able to make a campfire is a real highlight for us. Hizia is incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable...everything is great
Wonderful pitch in the middle of the vineyards! An absolute insider tip for anyone looking for peace, nature and a fantastic view. The pitch is idyllically situated between the vines - in the morning you are woken up by birdsong, in the evening you can enjoy the sunset over the vines with a glass of local wine in your hand. The site is very well maintained, easily accessible and offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The hosts are welcoming and happy to give tips on hikes, wineries and regional specialties. We would love to come back - rarely have we stayed in such a beautiful and authentic place
Enjoying the sun while swinging in the hammock while the dwarf enjoys the 'tractor movie' on the otherwise little-used road in the valley. Simply perfect. Really a great place with the hammock and the fire pit very special. Hizia was a great hostess! Uncomplicated, warm and ready to make all wishes possible. We are already looking forward to the next time!
We really liked it here! 😊 Especially that the dogs could run freely because of the fenced area. After running around, the dogs could even cool off in the little stream - what more could you want? Hanging out in the hammock was also great in the super weather 🤩 There were even chairs in the shelter for us, there's absolutely nothing to criticize here! The night was very quiet.

Hizia is a wonderful hostess. She puts her heart and soul into promoting the idea of the Hinterland App, is open-minded and communicative without being overbearing. We were able to enjoy the wonderful pitch with campfire bowl and hammock extensively and relaxed. In about 45 minutes, you can hike to the top of the opposite hill and, in addition to a panoramic view of the valley, you will find a wine cabinet for self-service for a fee - 🍷🍇which (from our own experience) makes the mood rise more and more...*smile* We would love to come back 🙋♂️
Hizia is a super friendly and helpful hostess. The place itself is fantastically beautiful. Surrounded by greenery and right next to a small stream, it's a fantastic place to switch off and relax. A big recommendation! :)
Super nice hostess! The place was very clean and wonderfully quiet! We really enjoyed our time here. Great, secluded trails for mountain biking 🤩 everyone gets their money's worth here too! We were here with our dog and spent some wonderful, peaceful days. We will definitely be back ☺️

Great place by a small stream. The arbor is very practical for small campers without an awning or if you don't want to put up an awning etc. Just arrive and enjoy. Just arrive, switch off the engine and enjoy. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

A beautiful meadow between the vineyards, pure idyll. Peace, nature, what more could you want. The fireplace is a hit! We liked it very much, we can only recommend it and will certainly come back again 😃
A wonderful place, right next to a shady stream. A dream for children and dogs. Hizia is the perfect mix of caring and unobtrusive. You can either enjoy the peace and quiet at the campsite or walk along some great hiking trails. We had a great time.

Dear Hizia, thank you very much for the wonderful place and the hospitality. It was just great!!! Beautifully situated! You definitely need wheel chocks, but they were already there, as was the hammock. Hizia described everything in detail via WhatsApp and visited us and offered immediate help in case of any problems. Hinterland doesn't get any better than this
Very nice and helpful contact. The place was clean and quiet. No one was to be seen on the neighboring properties all weekend and the road is very little used. Good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

The plot with direct access to the stream is perfect for self-sufficient camping for a few days. The country road running directly alongside the property is not very busy and was not a problem for us personally. Hizia was very accommodating and a great hostess. We would love to come back.

Great little place, a dream without rain, right next to woods for a nice walk with the dog. Will be back, but then without rain 😉 And possibly with a little door at the stream so that big dogs can also fully enjoy the stream 😉😊 Thank you and see you soon 🥰
The communication and reception was super friendly and very uncomplicated. The place was as described, very clean. And the small, lovely details (hammock, bench, fire bowl and toys for the children) rounded off the whole experience. Any time again.
Our vacation on the Middle Moselle was very nice! We were allowed to arrive with our 5 dogs without any problems. There were two horses in the meadow opposite during our stay. The place is fenced, but too rough for our small dogs, if you have dogs that like to explore the area too much you should rather not rely on it 😊 The meadow was extra freshly mowed. The hammock is a super extra, very cozy and right next to the water. A few minutes away is a motorhome parking space where you can dispose of gray water and fill up with fresh water for € 5. Most of the time there was no one on the neighboring plots, only sometimes for mowing or similar, so you had a lot of peace and quiet. You (almost) only hear the birds and the rippling water, really great! There is a lot to discover, we particularly enjoyed the guided tour of Veldenz Castle. All in all, a great place and a super beautiful area, definitely worth a trip! We recommend the campsite without reservation and would love to come back 😊
We stayed here for 5 days with our self-sufficient caravan. The meadow is huge, very well maintained, fenced and furnished with a lot of love. Our hosts Hizia and Mark are perfect hosts who leave nothing to be desired!!! Here you can go on beautiful hikes or relax on the meadow. It is very quiet and extremely idyllic due to the direct access to the stream. A Netto is 5km away. 100% recommendation, we will be back!!!

We can only recommend this place. It was totally quiet and we were able to relax completely. The campsite is perfect with dogs. Everything is fenced in and the dogs could run free. Hizia and her family are always available and help with any difficulties. An absolute recommendation. We will be back!
Super easy and quick contact, the camping site was really nice. Everything went really well, the man from Hizia assured us that we could contact him at any time if there was anything, but we didn't need to. But it still gave us a very good feeling
We were guests at Hizia over New Year's Eve and were warmly welcomed with a small gift. The meadow is located at the entrance to the village by a stream. There is hardly any traffic on the road at the entrance. Very quiet and therefore perfect for relaxing. Always happy to return and worth a recommendation!
We stayed at the beautiful Hizia pitch for 3 nights. The reception was super friendly and we felt immediately welcome! Hizia is a great host and is always there if you need help. The area invites you to go hiking and is very beautiful!

Hizia is an extremely friendly and courteous hostess. The communication with her was uncomplicated and very pleasant. She was always available and offered to help with any problems that might arise. The place was exactly as described with a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards. I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable at all times and would be happy to stay with Hizia again at any time.
We had a very great time at this place. Hizia and her husband are super sweet and also totally well organized. We will definitely come again, only next time with more time in the luggage. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful stay.
Unfortunately we could not make the trip, but the contact with Hizia was still very nice. We hope we can make it next year!

We stayed for 1 night at Hizia's large meadow at the end of Veldenz. Hizia is a courteous and very sympathetic hostess, who contacted us directly after booking and provided us with the necessary info. On the meadow, where you can stand anywhere, there is also a fireplace (including wood by arrangement), a wooden shelter with 2 chairs, books and hiking maps, and a hammock in which you can lie directly on a small stream. Who wants to have it absolutely lonely and quiet, is totally right here.

We had an incredibly quiet and beautiful time here. From campfires, with the best views and quiet nights ... it was great, door open and kids out. The meadow is so large that the kids can run and play carefree. Surrounding there are hiking trails, winemakers and lots of nature ... we will be happy to come back! The hostess, Hizia is very nice, showed us everything and we were allowed to write to her at any time with questions. Really, a great spot 🍇
A warm hostess with a great pitch right by the stream with hammock and the possibility for a campfire! A meadow all to yourself and even the possibility to close the meadow by fence. Perfect for our dog! We will definitely come again 🥰

We were greeted very warmly and felt right at home. We stayed one night and the care was excellent and we were suggested cafe's for breakfast and also other activities. The place was clean and generally with the creek beautifully situated. Our expectations were exceeded and we will be very happy to come back. Dear thanks Hizia :)

We were allowed to spend a few beautiful days on Hizia's meadow, thought as a small everyday island. A wonderful, quiet place to slow down and relax. Whether in the hammock under the walnut tree or in the evening sitting comfortably by the fire, it was all around cozy hours. The contact was very nice, with a little chat on the day of arrival, the place was handed over to us. This nice hostess can only be warmly recommended ☺️

There is a hammock, a fireplace and a small wooden hut with terrace. The place is a good starting point for great hikes.

The contact with Hizia was excellent. Immediately after booking, we received detailed information about the location in a friendly private message. Unfortunately, we eventually had to cancel our tent vacation due to a storm - again, the contact with Hizia was very good.

Hizia has welcomed us super nice and the communication beforehand has also worked very well! It was great that the meadow has not become muddy despite much rain and we could even drive on it with the cars. The small stream ripples very idyllic over the stones and from the other side two horses looked over. The large walnut tree protects well from the rain, but also gives super shade. There is also a wooden shelter and a hammock :) Although we felt in the middle of nature on the meadow, the nearest village is just around the corner. A great place in beautiful nature with many hiking trails. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back!
Unfortunately, the weather has not played along. But the communication with Hizia was super nice and absolutely uncomplicated. We will come in any case when the continuous rain stops.
The place is beautiful! In the rain, a canopy provides shelter and an adjacent provides Bach wonderful cooling. Even more important is the super nice contact with the hostess. We felt super comfortable there and we were even provided wood. We will definitely come again! Love greetings
Very nice hostess, great starting point for bike trips to the Mosel. Friendly people, great wine bar (Kruft-Willems) and at the rush of the stream you can wonderfully switch off! We come again with pleasure!
We have camped from 21.07.23 - 23.07.23 with 2 friends on the site of Hizia. The weekend was wonderful, we could relax really well, have grilled ,listened to a little music, made campfire and enjoyed the sound of the stream. We were completely undisturbed and had a great time. Hizia was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you very much for this wonderful time, we will be very happy to come back to you and can only recommend this beautiful place to everyone.

PERFECT, for all those who are looking for peace and quiet, who like the sound of a stream, who can bear that you really hear nothing else and is absolutely undisturbed. Upon arrival, we were still provided by our hosts with tips on the surrounding area and hikes. More it does not need! The meadow is a bit huckelig and wedges you should also have, nature just. In any case, it has absolutely pleased us and we can only recommend the place.
