First things first: Regine and her daughter were exceptionally great, warm and helpful hosts. We were allowed to choose where we wanted to stand and decided to stand next to the three willows that provided shade in the afternoon. We were allowed to use a barbecue and the fire bowl. We are so grateful that we were able to spend a day and a night in this beautiful, peaceful place. Our daughter didn't want to leave. Her highlight was an evening walk past the edge of the forest, between the willows, through the small, tranquil village.
The hostess is particularly warm with whom you feel very comfortable. A nice place to stand and enjoy nature. I wish her that she always gets such friendly guests as she is.
An oasis of peace in the midst of nature on the outskirts of the village. There is a bakery and two restaurants (note rest days). In nearby Walsrode (about 9km) you can find everything for self-catering. Due to the proximity to the A 27 very well suited for stopovers, but the surroundings also invite you to a longer stay.
