A dream come true for any nature lover or dog owner—you can take your dog for a walk, go hiking, or go on a bike ride right from the campsite. Electricity, water, and facilities for washing up and bathing are all on-site—what more could you ask for? For Joachim, a wonderful host who makes this amazing natural spot available to us, 5 stars aren’t nearly enough. Thank you—we’d love to come back.

We didn't meet Joachim in person, but we had friendly contact and received good and precise information, so that our spontaneous booking was also uncomplicated. We found our way around the site very well, the sanitary facilities were clean and the location was very quiet and undisturbed. Thank you very much!

Joachim's site is huge. We were here with 3 other campers and it wasn't even noticeable. Everyone could set up their own realm :) The view is super beautiful, great sunsets and starry nights. The sanitary facilities are older, but very clean. Completely adequate. Super hiking trails. The Elde is 4 km away. We combined it with mushroom picking. Joachim is a great host. This place is absolutely recommendable 👍😁

Uncomplicated contact, very nice place, in absolute solitude. Everything was perfect for us, every evening there was the promised sunset 😁, our dog Bolle felt at home, great hiking and cycling trails directly at the site towards Grabow. Shower and toilet perfectly fine. Ideal for the start of our vacation. Thank you 😉

Super communication, pure tranquility. Very nice host. Great area, many forest paths for cycling. WC and shower are also available. We will come again .
We had a great time with Joachim, even though we couldn't meet in person. The contact was easy via cell phone and Joachim came across as very personable. We were able to choose a nice spot. We didn't use the fire bowl, but sat with the neighbors. Unfortunately, the sun was hiding in the evening. In any case, the place is highly recommended for those seeking peace and quiet. We went on bike tours in the surrounding area.
Beautiful place, very nice location, good infrastructure, lots of space; we liked it very much.
It was uncomplicated and the stay was very relaxing. The sunsets were really beautiful and there were rainbows too. Everything you need is there on the pitch. We'd be happy to come again if we go to Denmark again and make a stopover.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The space was more than sufficient and you had everything you needed. If you had any questions you could always reach Joachim. We would love to come back.

The place is wonderfully quiet, the sunsets were really great.Unfortunately, we have not met our host in person, but the contacts via phone and SMS were really very nice. The sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained. Overall a very nice and relaxing short vacation, ideal also for our two dogs. Gladly once again! Love from Hornburg in the Vorharz
Hello Joachim, thank you for this great pitch. A jewel among all pitches. This peace, as if time has stopped. Away from everyday life and stress. The quaint old village as of then to the GDR times, there come childhood memories. Our daughter has felt so pudelwohl in the quiet nature, she did not want to travel further. Therefore, we had booked on the way back one more day. It is all very clean and had nice camper met. The sunset is beautiful to watch, even deer come very close. When we are back in the area, we come aufjedenfall again. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this special stay during our round trip across Germany. In the 2000km this place was the most beautiful thing we have seen and experienced. For all campers with children, the elefantenhof and the lido is highly recommended. See you soon The black forest

We have felt very comfortable. Uncomplicated in booking with nice contact, not personally but very nice by phone. The starry sky is unforgettable and we will be happy to come back on occasion.
Great place with a great view. Very clean and well maintained, inside and outside. Dead silence, perfect to switch off. You see no one and hear no one. The contact with the landlords was super nice and could learn first hand everything about the area. We are very happy to come back.
Also on my second visit everything was fine. A clean bathroom to use, rin great quiet place that I had this time even alone for me and my two dogs. Very great, I will definitely come again! Thank you, dear Joachim, for this beautiful place in beautiful surroundings.
Was everything wonderful. Joachim was on vacation, but had everything prepared, so we could still get into the house / bath. There are several possible pitches, all with a view into the distance. It was totally quiet and relaxed. Good possibilities to go for a walk with dog. We will be happy to come back.
The space on the property with solitude is great! In addition, a mysterious path to the canal. Great! The bathroom is excellent and electricity we could also use. Our 14 year old son then pulled us off the next morning playing volleyball, what more could you want.... Ah the dog was thrilled! Thank you so much!
For people who need party this is nothing. Complete tranquility in a beautiful nature. If you want to slow down, the place is totally right with the super friendly and uncomplicated Joachim. A very quiet place, so far the quietest location we have had. Sanitary facilities are clean. We were even allowed to use his fire bowl. Highly recommended to enjoy the peace and quiet.

We were "unfortunately" only for one night on site, because you can stay here well also much longer. Fantastic pitch with everything that goes with it. Uncomplicated and very nice contact. 5 stars are actually not enough.

Quiet, idyllic location with gorgeous sunset! Our dog Kalle also liked it very much, as the property offers plenty of space. There is even a small children's playground&basketball court. We were also very happy about the use of the guest bathroom! Nice host
I can only agree with the last reviews. Joachim's place is magical and leaves nothing to be desired. There was electricity for the camper, a functioning kitchen , if you do not have one and the sanitary facilities were great. But truly indescribable is the view and the peace of the field. We enjoyed the 3 days there very much and will certainly come again. Pro tip: Take everything that helps against mosquitoes. The beasts there can be nasty.
Really really gorgeous location, direct access to extensive hikes in a secluded, very close to nature forest area. Joachim himself is very symphatic. And last but not least: There is a toilet with washing and shower possibility.

We were here for 2 nights and had the luxury of having the place or the property to ourselves. Also the landlord Joachim was himself on camping tour, but everything was arranged in advance and worked out well. A nice, quiet place with amenities such as shower / toilet, kitchen in the house around which are several possible pitches. And yes, the sunsets were as beautiful as the moon over the fields. Thank you for this lovely little getaway.
This pitch is unique and really only to recommend. We have decided on our trip at short notice against a standard pitch on the campsite and reserved us a place here at very short notice. The communication with Joachim was impeccable and he has tried very hard that we lack nothing. The view is magnificent and the equipment that you can use after consultation (toilet, refrigerator, barbecue, basketball court and much more) have made our trip very very nice. On our weekend in this area, we also visited the forest pool in Grabow, went pedal boating on the old Elde and had dinner in the castle restaurant Neustadt-Glewe. We can also recommend all of this without reservation. So there is much to explore, but you can also simply enjoy the unspoiled nature at the campsite. We are very very happy to come back!

It was nice. Quiet location, view over the field to the sunset and even a complete bathroom. Joachim we have not met, but fellow campers were instructed and have gladly passed on the information. In the morning we started a dishwasher together. Very gladly again!

We were on site for three nights. One night each for three, two and single. Plenty of space for the respective needs. Pleasant and uncomplicated contact with Joachim. We recommend with pleasure and come also with pleasure again past.
Top location in the hinterland. If you want to have your peace, then go here. There is everything you need. Joachim was not there, pleasant and uncomplicated communication.

It was simply dreamlike. We felt so welcomed immediately. Joachim was very sympathetic and warm. The kitchen with fridge and drinks was a super bonus, anyway the bathroom. The children could play everywhere without hesitation. Swing, slide and basketball brought us family super together. We could the everyday life, cell phone, etc. There wonderful escape . We would like to go there again soon And this beautiful sunset.... Hard to describe
Although we have not met Joachim personally, the contact was very nice and we were briefly introduced by experienced guests. We have felt comfortable.
With Joachim it was like last year everything perfect. Nice people, dreamlike starry sky, lots of space and peace, delicious rolls from the baker in the village and refreshing baths in the Elde. We like to come again.
Actually, you are not allowed to write here at all how beautiful it is, because actually you are only allowed to tell such beautiful places behind closed doors, to a select circle of people under the seal of secrecy. Now surely not everyone likes this remote location, these sunrises, these sunsets. In the right season, a bird concert, which is unparalleled. So, go there and experience it, if you like it......................... LG

Idyllic site with a view of the greenery and a great sunset. Walking in the adjacent village is nothing to experience, but as a pitch for one night absolutely recommendable. Joachim is also a very sympathetic and accommodating host! We recommend the place without reservation!
A beautiful place. Great swimming lake nearby. Only quite a lot of insects 🦟 ... We were positively surprised by the cool drinks, which could be purchased. Would we come again? - Of course!!!

Wow, a great place, a great bathroom with everything you need, actually with more than you need. A stocked fridge with a cash register of confidence. A view over the fields, a sunset that is second to none, a bird concert at night, a starry sky to dream about, a bird concert at sunrise. Not to forget, about 15 minutes walk in the village Muchow down the street in front of or behind the church, still a real baker with bakery. A dream the whole. Actually a secret tip that one should not tell anyone. We could not meet Joachim personally, late there and early on again. We had unfortunately only by SMS still contact, so we have to go then again to this place. The whole package is just beautiful and sometimes you don't even have to travel that far to experience such truly wonderful things. Hard to believe, but they still exist. The place is great, enough space even and very quiet. With great bird concert, spontaneous hare visit and a sunset almost like the sea. Also the infrastructure (electricity, toilet ++) has allowed us a relaxed stay. Joachim is a great, uncomplicated host who you notice the campwr experience. Come back with pleasure, because the area allows great bike tours.
The yard is still under construction but we lacked nothing. There is a bathroom, a kitchenette with gas stove and a living room with fireplace freely available to guests in case of bad cold weather. There is a fire bowl with wood and a refrigerator with chilled drinks and a cash register of confidence. We found our vacation very nice and would come again.
We had a nice relaxing time again. The weekend was like a short vacation despite the bad weather. We thank you for the service we received and will definitely come back. Fam. Heide

We were 1 week guests at Joachim, location is perfect to relax, dog also felt comfortable, the bakery in the village is recommended, even cacher friends come at their expense. We come back in any case

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you! The site is located in the garden of a house in a secluded location. Joachim has welcomed us very friendly and briefly explained everything. The house itself is uninhabited, but we were still allowed to use the toilet and shower. We were even allowed to help ourselves to the wood for a small campfire in the evening. Thank you very much for these relaxing days! We will be happy to come again.

If you are looking for peace and quiet without sacrificing comfort while camping, this is the place for you! You stand on the site of an old country house, where a bathroom with hot shower is available. We could have even shared the refrigerator. In addition, the host is very helpful and caring! He put up the tree swing especially for our daughter. Thank you very much!
We have spent here 3 very nice and quiet days. Even if all 3 pitches are occupied, everyone still has their own area. The bathroom is in the house and has everything you need. Joachim was not on site, but has received us by phone, explained everything to us and was available for questions. We liked it very much and we will definitely come back again.

Super relaxed site, on the outskirts of Muchow, surrounded by fields. Super quiet, view of the field, fire bowl, grill, wood, nature, everything the camper needs. Water and bath is in the, electricity right at the house. Nothing spectacular, but perfectly adequate. Even if times fellow campers are there, you have more than enough privacy, no comparison to door and door on some 5* campsite ... I really liked it! PS: the hanging branches on the driveway are not soooo good, even for van height
We had two such beautiful days. Really great place with direct hiking trail into the forest. Beautiful view over the fields and a lot of distance. With the tent of course great to be able to use the bathroom. Also the dogs were welcome :) We like to come back
Booking and contact with the host were perfect; fast, reliable and without complications. We were absolutely satisfied. Everything necessary is available. Pure relaxation from the first minute. Attention only on the access road to the site; some branches greet the camper (should it be one)with delicate touches. Drive slowly 😉. Many thanks to the hosts of Christiane and Frank 🌻.
Super location. Although Joachim was not there, he has taken care of everything. We like to come back, especially when the farmer is not fertilizing his fields with manure ;-) which probably happens only once a year. Highly recommended, the sunset is really beautiful.

We were there for two nights and it was a perfect start to the vacation. No people, great space and the dog could roam freely everywhere. Electricity, water, toilet and shower - everything fit. Oh yes and the swing in the tree was the hit for the offspring.

A really very nice piece of land with a wonderful view! You actually live quasi in the field. Beautiful sunsets and a wonderful starry sky. Wagtails, buzzards, a fox and a few friendly wild boars we have experienced. The contact with Joachim was very nice, always fast and uncomplicated. He spontaneously set up a mobile sandbox for our child. Electricity, fridge, toilet and shower were fine! A few farm work in the field we could witness up close - including the production of large bales of straw. As the description says, you sleep here really solitary - a solitary place.
The hinterland camp of Joachim. A place of absolute tranquility and closeness to nature. We saw birds of prey, deer and even a fox. We sat around the campfire every evening. Where is the sixth star? We were for Joachim's spot something like the 100000km test of the Autobild. We spent three weeks here. And it was great. That everything is there, as described, others have already noticed. But the highlights are the sky colors in the evening, the great wind, the many birds and last but not least the very very sympathetic host. It was so uncomplicated. With child, without child, long, short, it doesn't matter. Who appreciates peace, space, nature and lovely people, is right here.
Like a bed in a cornfield. Quiet location with cuckoos and wagtails. Good to maneuver, nice hosts, everything found as described.
