Communication was super fast, hassle-free, and very friendly, even though I booked on the spur of the moment. A very beautiful place, dark enough for a stunning starry sky. Note for women traveling alone: the forest is gorgeous, as is the path to Bad Nauheim, but it gets pitch-black in the evening—even the road—so be sure to head back by dusk at the latest or take the car. At night, the noise from the highway—which is way too close—was a constant hum. Personally, I’d find that distracting while sitting by a campfire in the height of summer. Still, I’m giving it the full five stars because the place is simply gorgeous.
A very nice campsite at the Bad Nauheim glider airfield with a view of the Wetterau region. The hostess was very friendly—we’ll definitely be visiting again!
We spent one night at this campsite and were absolutely thrilled. The hosts are super friendly; you feel welcome and in good hands right from the start. The campground itself is in a simply beautiful location—quiet, idyllic, and lovingly maintained. A real highlight is the great fire pit with a grill, perfect for a cozy evening under the stars. You really don’t need anything else for a relaxing stay—everything here is just right. No problems whatsoever; everything was clean, well-organized, and just right in every way. For an overnight stay in the countryside, we can’t recommend this spot highly enough! 👍 We’d love to come back!

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived, and everything went smoothly. We had the place all to ourselves and enjoyed a wonderful evening and a relaxing morning. We’d love to come back!
We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. Thank you again for letting us come on such short notice. Our dog felt right at home too, since he didn’t have to be on a leash. For self-sufficient campers, it’s a true oasis to set up camp under the old fruit trees and be able to build a fire. We’d love to come back.
The communication with Stonja was unique , everything described super have found everything right away . We had a super relaxing night , would have liked to stay another night but unfortunately had to go home again . But we will certainly come back soon. Thank you very much for this great place 😍
