A very quiet spot for 2–3 campers, though you’re only allowed to park on the front part of the meadow. We’re not entirely sure why, since the ground in the meadow is definitely safe to drive on throughout for small to medium-sized campervans. Very clean, new bathroom with a toilet and separate sink in a room with a code lock, reserved exclusively for campers. Within walking distance of the dike, but no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. We were self-catering, so we didn’t need those amenities anyway. We didn’t see the owners/landlords. However, everything went smoothly and hassle-free in advance through the booking process, and we received all necessary information via email. We would definitely stay here again if we’re passing through or taking a short trip to Hamburg.
A beautiful campsite. We felt very comfortable here. It has everything you need. A level site with electricity right at the site. A dream bathroom. Highly recommended. We’d love to come back.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable short getaway. The campsite is fantastic. All you can hear is the rooster crowing in the morning. It’s so idyllic. Everything was exactly as described. The bathroom and toilet were spotless. The property is well-maintained and makes you feel right at home. Next door there are parrots, a pig, goats, chickens, and horses. Hares were darting across the field. Our kids loved it. The campsite is also well-suited for a trailer. We parked the car further up on the property. We’d love to come back 😊

It was great. A very nice spot, with the option to get comfortable under a canopy. Tables, benches, and ambient lighting are all provided. The bathroom is clean, well-maintained, and modern. There’s also a deep sink in the bathroom for washing dishes. Well-maintained bike paths and hiking trails right outside the door.

We were on our way to Grube's Fisherman's Cabin and found a really great, quiet spot to park here. The restrooms are especially worth mentioning—a lot of care and attention has clearly gone into them. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by.

A warm welcome and a very attentive hostess. Despite the weather, we had a wonderful stay on the Timmann property. The carport was our savior! The camper bathroom is lovingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The proximity to the musical parking lot and HafenCity is perfect. Shopping facilities are nearby. We would love to come back.

We used the site to start our day trips to Hamburg. The location is really great for this. We had the great camping meadow to ourselves, everything was as described. The bathroom had plenty of space and was super clean. We will definitely come here again when we explore the north again.
A great spot just outside Hamburg - but even without a visit to the city, the area is worth a visit! Quiet place right on the dike, old walls lovingly restored - we especially liked the "own" bathroom. We would love to come back! Thank you very much for letting us be your guests :-)

We had a lovely stay behind the Elbe dyke. Everything you need is there: a clean shower and toilet, electricity, seating under the carport and a large camper meadow. We used the bus stop right outside the door for our visit to Hamburg to explore the city easily with a day ticket. If there isn't a storm tide (like ours ;-)), you can also go for a walk or cycle along the Elbe. If we're ever in the area again, we'll know where to ask. Thank you very much!
We spent one night there on the way north. Nice pitch and very modern and clean sanitary facilities. Really great hosts, everything was prepared with a lot of love and with good connections to public transport or by bike to Hamburg.

A dream of a camper meadow! Right next to the lovingly furnished house, great terrace surrounded by fields/meadows and a few billy goats (neighbor), you can sleep here quietly and relaxed. WC and shower are like new. We would love to come back - maybe directly on the way back from Denmark ;)

A really nice little site in the countryside. Very modern sanitary facilities. Ps. You need an adapter for electricity as only chocolate plugs are available and you can only get fresh water from the washroom (take a watering can with you). This place is a dream. The pictures here on the site only minimally reflect how beautiful it is here. The site is well maintained and the toilet/shower room is pure camper luxury. The whole property is decorated with great attention to detail and the area is perfect for hiking. We would have deducted 0.25% for the noise of the cars and planes.

I had a very nice stay with Sandra and Moritz. The pitch is beautifully situated and the entire property - guest house, terrace, garden - is designed with great attention to detail. The camper meadow is very flat, generously laid out and offers a clear view of the field. This is truly unique, especially at sunset. The sanitary facilities are very nice, modern and clean. The communication was flawless. I will definitely be back again.

Incredibly great place, right on the dike. Very comfortable with premium sanitary facilities. The meadow is mowed as smooth as an eel and is perfectly level. Can recommend this place to anyone who has somewhat higher expectations, which are fully met here.

We were on the meadow for a stopover and everything we needed was there: clean toilets and showers, electricity, a carport in case it rained. We could have easily spent a few more days here :)

A big compliment to the hostess Sandra! A super pitch on a beautiful green meadow with seating on the terrace or under the carport and a great view of the countryside. There is also a separate shower and toilet for campers. Wonderful! Whether you want to cycle or relax on the nearby Elbe (directly behind the dyke) or even plan a trip to Hamburg, which is 30 to 40 minutes away. A lot is possible from the location. We will definitely be back! The bakery, shopping facilities such as Edeka or a gas station can also be easily reached by car in 5 to 10 minutes. P.S. A small dishwashing facility would be great. Otherwise everything is there and completely sufficient. You can "hold out" on the pitch for at least 2-3 nights or even longer.

We stayed at the campsite for 2 nights in March 2024 with our camper van and really enjoyed it. The site is very spacious, the sanitary facilities are modern and very clean. A large carport invites you to linger and the meadow has not mutated into a swampy landscape despite one night of continuous rain (yes, a point worth mentioning for campers :-)). All in all, a very nicely laid out property with charming proximity to Hamburg.

We had a great stay in Stelle this week! Through the information in advance we could start directly with recreation and activities. The way to Hamburg is not far and 1x we even used the Elbe ferry by car. Everything at the place was beautifully maintained. We have now taken both nice and very rainy weather in these few days and the site could handle all weather situations prima. Thanks for a great time and hope to see you soon!
Perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of Hamburg. The location on the dike invites you to go for walks or bike rides. We found it great, but would not be sad if it was a little cheaper. But the demand determines the price. The former seems to be great, because even during our visit (during the week) all places had been occupied. Thank you and see you next time!

The pitch is super nice! Large meadow with plenty of space. A covered place with chairs and tables invites you to breakfast, on the terrace at the house you can wonderfully end the evening with a cold drink. Chilled drinks can be bought for small money. Olli and Sandra are very nice landlords. And the sanitary area with shower and toilet very lovingly made and super clean. The pitch is a real tip!

Small spot of paradise, 20min outside of Hamburg! Top equipment, especially sanitary and the kitchen! The property is very well maintained and you feel from the first minute like home! We have made two nights. Arrival is possible at any time, so it is very relaxed. Arrived at the place you find everything very quickly and get along very well. The sanitary facilities are super and everything is clean. At night everything is quiet even if the road is not far away. The Elbe is about 250m, behind the dike, away. We went by bike via Hoppte with the ferry to HH and back over the A1 bridge. It was a very nice trip to HH.

Top place, very quiet, super nice sanitary facilities and great cuisine. In 5 km away Stelle you can find Edeka and Co. There also leaves the regional train, with which you are in 30 minutes at the Hamburg main station. Communication fast and reliable. Absolutely recommended.
Wonderful place! Were here for one night in transit, but would definitely have felt comfortable longer. The building is chic renovated and the sanitary facilities accordingly top and very clean. Also the kitchen with drinks and the possibility to stay inside we found super, here's not uncomfortable even in bad weather. Highly recommended, thank you we will be back!

We were for one night as a stopover at Sandra. Everything was great, simple and even better than described. Everything was uncomplicated and simple. The sanitary facilities very very clean and modern. Also the kitchen that you can use is super equipped and modern. Always gladly again!

What can I say? - we have not yet experienced such a great pitch. In addition to a really large area for only 3 motorhomes (Camper/WoMo/WoWa) is available, you even have the opportunity to shower. Likewise, a toilet is available. Both are absolutely modern and clean! In addition, you can use the kitchen to do his dishes. All in all, an absolute top address if you want to spend a few days in Hamburg. We will come again.
