Everything as described, well maintained garden. We could choose between paved pitch or meadow. Water and electricity as well as gray water drainage possible. Very friendly host, we also received a small welcome gift. We will come again when the water level of the dam is high again and you can walk to the water.

We were only passing through for one night, everything was tip top!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, Andy and his family are the right place for you. The pitch with English lawn and a super well-kept plot is in a very quiet location. Electricity and water, all on site. Gray water can only be disposed of in a bucket. The chemical toilet can be disposed of about 300m away at the youth hostel. Andy offered to dispose of it in his toilet and we went for a short walk with the camping toilet in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful weekend and the lovely welcome gift. We will be back when the reservoir is full of water again.
We were welcomed very nicely by Andy in the evening, we could choose between the asphalt pitch and the grass pitch, we decided on the English grass (which was slightly uncomfortable for us...) after a short walk to the beautiful dam, there was also a welcome gift in front of the van. Many thanks for that. We were also allowed to use the water and electricity and leave the waste water in the bucket, but we thankfully declined. We had a quiet night with Andy and his family. We can recommend it to others LG Wolfgang family

The place exceeds the description. It is a wonderful quiet location, we were several times for swimming and paddling in/on the lake. We were very kindly welcomed and had a great stay and will be happy to come back.😃
Very great hosts, very nicely located with swimming in front of the door. Is conveniently located on the highway and is also easy to reach with caravans. All in all super place and very nice landlords. We will come again. Heike and Enrico from Berlin
My daughter (9) and I give 5 stars. We are both thrilled with 1. location of the property 2. well kept and very nice property 3. choice of pitch (meadow or cobblestone) 4. friendliness Andy 5. welcome gift for both of us incl. an A4 sized and self-designed map of the lake' with markings of the highlights. We spent 1 We (2 nights), were very much mountain biking and also sub driving. The lake entrance is only about 12m away. The hosts do this out of passion for camping and it shows. We 2 are extremely satisfied and will be happy to come back with the rest of the family! Greetings Helena and Mathias
We have booked at very short notice a few hours before, but everything went smoothly. Andy has welcomed us super friendly, quickly helped with the briefing and still borrowed a missing cable. Highly recommended and gladly again!

We were received super super sweet! The two hosts are young, very warm, accommodating, absolutely uncomplicated. We were on a patch of grass, with wedges but very neat. At the property a beautiful garden, within walking distance of the lake, with many benches to linger. Another footpath leads towards the dam, campsite and snack bar. A beautiful nature reserve. Above, a short distance a globe market for food uvm , a hardware store and a gas station with washing stations. We wish the young (soon to be) parents all the best and will certainly come again once. Thank you for everything!
