We stayed there for three nights and were completely happy. The kids and dogs had plenty of space to play. It’s a lovely, quiet spot, and the owners were very friendly. We had fresh eggs for breakfast the very next morning. We’d love to come back. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Let’s get this out of the way first: this is actually our second time staying on this beautiful meadow in just 14 days! That probably says a lot about how highly we recommend a stay here. But we’d be happy to go into a little more detail. We were looking for true peace and quiet, since we’re both currently in the midst of studying and there are distractions and obligations calling out at every turn back home. On Jan and Verena’s meadow, we find both of those things and are also treated to a sweeping view of the countryside. We also appreciate the cozy atmosphere in the trailer on a rainy day—good weather is always a matter of perspective! Being able to watch the friendly and attentive Highland cattle is a huge bonus! We were very happy about the fresh eggs that were waiting for us. They complemented our meals. The personal interaction was always very warm; we feel welcome here. We also really appreciate that check-in and check-out can be so flexible. We’re sure we’ll be visiting this peaceful oasis in the countryside, where you can have the place all to yourself, even more often for the occasional weekend getaway.
Exactly what it promises. My dog and I had a great time and played a lot of ball :). We received a very warm welcome, and even one of the friendly farm dogs greeted us. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
We had the pleasure of spending a wonderfully relaxing weekend with Jan and his family. The welcome was warm and open, making us feel right at home—even the cows came over to say hello. The campsite is spacious and level, with a great view, and when the weather cooperates, you can marvel at countless stars while sitting around the campfire. The site is located on the edge of the farm, so you can enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens in peace for breakfast. We spontaneously extended our stay right away and will definitely be back.
That was truly the best experience ever. We were looking for a single spot to test out our camper and found exactly what we were looking for here. The hosts are probably the nicest people in the world, and we just felt right at home. The highlight for us: the view of the cows 🥰

We had a lovely and peaceful transition into the new year on Jan's wonderful meadow with a beautiful view of the countryside. We were given a friendly welcome and, in addition to electricity, firewood and a view of woolly Galloway cattle, we were also given eggs from his own chickens. A great experience all round - we'll be back!
We spent four nights at this wonderful place. We were welcomed by the parents with their farm dog Fiete. The stay was very pleasant and relaxing for us. We would love to come back

We would gladly give it even more stars if we could. We received a super nice welcome and the place is just great. Super well maintained, quiet and in a great location for cycling. The next village is close by, getting bread rolls by bike is no problem. Many thanks also for the breakfast eggs, very tasty. It was definitely not the last time we stayed here.
I wanted to try out my new rear tent and that's exactly why I needed a meadow to myself. That's exactly what I got, with water and electricity and a view of the cow meadow. Everything went without a hitch. I received a friendly welcome and was able to try out everything to my heart's content in the meadow. It was a very relaxed evening. I can confidently recommend the site.
We had a nice quiet weekend. The place is very nice and you can really relax and unwind. Jan also came by briefly and brought us fresh eggs from his chickens. Thanks again for that. The contact was also super friendly. We will definitely be back.
Gladly again! Thanks for the smooth communication and the fresh eggs, Jan! The meadow was freshly mowed, fenced, a place for us. Water and electricity as advertised. We had 30° outside temperature and still shade when we wanted. The countryside offers peace and space for walks. Nearest supermarket 10 minutes by car. We would love to come back.
Super relaxed, first stay with our campervan - with dog :) Very friendly and accommodating hosts, we felt totally at home and would love to come back! We spent a night on the meadow of Jan's farm with a view of the wonderful cows. It was a great&relaxing stay with great walking opportunities! Gladly again !!!

Absolutely fantastic pitch in the middle of nature - quiet, close to nature and surrounded by great animals. The host took a lot of time to introduce us to farming. Two great days - we'll definitely be back!
We are completely thrilled, satisfied and totally relaxed! Very nice and helpful hosts. The place is a dream, just like the view. If you love nature and peace and quiet, this is the place for you. A very beautiful farm with lovely dogs, a cuddly cat and super cute Scottish Highland cattle. We can recommend the place 100% and will definitely come back again. A little time out in the neighborhood ... . We live not far from this wonderful place and just wanted to sit by the fire for a night, "be wild" and sleep in the bus. And that's exactly what we found! When we arrived, we were given a super friendly welcome by the hostess and the farm dog Leo - there were even fresh eggs from the farm. Although the site is not far from the farm, we felt absolutely at home in our "secluded location". Our hairy neighbors, four trusting Highland Cattles, rounded off the package. Many thanks to the whole family for allowing us to experience our micro-adventure in the most beautiful surroundings! Marius and Lasse
The pitch and the communication were great! It's really very, very nice here& a great place to switch off. Our neighbors, the cows, are also just super cute! The area is great for cycling and even without a car you can easily reach the neighboring towns. It was a great stay, we'll definitely be back again sometime!

Super fast and nice contact, very uncomplicated. We also came to enjoy the fresh eggs and the pitch was great and lonely. Unfortunately, in the next village was really loud disco, but there he can nothing for. Full recommendation.
"The little time out in the green" lives up to its name. This is a beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature among highland cattle, rabbits and birds. Here you can come down and feel more than comfortable. From Jan and Verena, the hosts, we were very warmly welcomed and they made sure that we lacked nothing. There were eggs from the farm's own chickens, a delicious cucumber and salad. Everything there is definitely rated more than 5 stars. Clear recommendation from us. Thank you!!! For so much cordiality. We will definitely come back again. Rarely seen such a beautiful place.

A beautiful place where there is nothing but nature sounds. If you want to relax, this is the place for you.
We were very friendly received by Jan and his wife and could put us on the huge lawn where we wanted. Everything was very uncomplicated. The place is great, you stand alone and can really switch off. When the farm's own chickens lay diligently, there are even fresh eggs for breakfast. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. We felt very comfortable and can well imagine coming back again. 👍🏻
Jan and his family are very nice hosts. For breakfast we were given delicious eggs from their own chickens. The place offers a beautiful view of the surrounding fields and is pleasantly quiet except for working noises from the surrounding agriculture, which for us but belong. Gladly again. Under majestic oaks you can find real idyll and tranquility, total relaxation. We were warmly welcomed by Jan and his father, with good tips for exploring the area. The sheep had done it to us,-)Everything very friendly and uncomplicated. There is much to see, on foot or on the beautiful bike paths that start right from the place. Despite the quiet location, restaurants, bakers, shopping were easy to reach. We will gladly come back and recommend this place 100%.
