  I had to clean up first 40min to get the property back to normal. The hole for the locking hook on the gate was full of dirt and no longer close properly, utensils from the shed distributed everywhere else on the property, the fireplace simply rebuilt, a soiled grate between the fire barrel and earth "disposed", the ash and coal residues simply poured into the excavated hole for the fire barrel so that it no longer fits properly and changed the code for a combination lock so that it no longer opens. If all tenants would leave the property like this, I would not rent it again. Simply outrageous!
